I bought a betta fish here with all new stuff (aquarium, food, water conditioner, decorations, the works). Over $200 worth of stuff. The fish died within 3 days of getting home and setting it up. I don't live in the area, so I called in and was told they would refund the cost of the fish ($20) whenever we could make it back. When I came back today, they tell me that it is not within the 30 days, so they can't do anything. Note that when we purchased another fish locally, he has been doing perfectly well for a few months now, so we were doing nothing wrong with taking care of the fish. I guess it's Petsmart or Chewy online from now on.

Prices are little high compared to other places. One example is the dog toy Hedgehogs. Could buy 3 of them at Amazon for the price of one at PETCO

Not upfront and honest with fish replacement policy. And fish are sickly and died the next day. And refused to replace. Wouldn't recommend.

Very unhelpful. Low quality fish. Fish died the next day, and they refused to replace. I even bagged the fish and brought it to them like I was told too.

Absolutely the worst shopping experience ever! None of the aisles are labeled correctly. Tons of boxes laying out could not get a cart through. Ask an employee for help they acted like I had 2 heads. Never again!

This store is horrendous. There is crap everywhere and it makes it really hard to shop. If it wasn’t so close to my house I wouldn’t ever shop there.

The last two times I have been to your store, have been a negative experience. First time I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. The next time I wanted to buy fish for my aquarium. I FINALLY found someone to talk to, after about ten minutes. I wanted a pair red swordtails, and a pair of black mollies. The clerk couldn't tell the difference between males, and females. I brought these extra small fish home, and now ten days later, only on of each still is alive. I am done with Petco.

They have the cutest little animals, and they are in clean environments. Would love it if they expanded the selection!
