Staff, facility, and experience!
I booked 4 nights off boarding online which was super easy and user friendly. When I had questions, I called and got all the answers PLUS excellent customer service.
I brought my pup, Bossie, in a couple days prior to her reservation since she hadn't been there before and again I was met with outstanding and friendly staff. I also dropped in a second time to ensure I had all the right vaccinations records ahead of time and AGAIN AGAIN met with the best staff ever. I asked if I could peak at the boarding facility areas just because I was worried about my pup adjusting and they gave me a full on tour without hesitation! I observed the cleanest and surprisingly quietest kennel area I've ever seen. There was calming music playing, lavendar aromatherapy, and some seriously comfortable, relaxed, happy pups. Most shocking to me (in a good way) is the complete lack of doggy poo and urine odors-not even a faint whiff! Again, SO CLEAN!! The outdoor spaces were clean too with happy pups playing and we'll supervised.
Fast forward to dropping off my Bossie pup and being 3 states away, I was so pleased to with the daily report cards, phots, and videos! They took such wonderful care of my girl. I was actually worried that she wouldn't want to even come home with me! ?

Suffice to say that we will be back anytime we need to board and we'll be checking out all the other fun pup-centered fun and services in the near future.

“I’ve been bringing Marley here since he was born. They are so gentle with him and friendly. He loves going. All I have to do is let’s go see Steve and he is so excited. Steve is fantastic with all the animals and customers. It feels like family I have used daycare, Boarding and Grooming hundred percent satisfied, I would highly suggest this business for anybody that really loves their fur babies. They get the best of care, Clean, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, I love their bus service to and from home if needed we did that one day. It was great and very convenient. Thanks for Steve for giving us a wonderful warm place to go for Marley to play with his friends and have fun.”

“There's not much else that I despise being as much as being a last minute shopper. My baby kitty that I've had for 10 years was showing hairball distress and I called them as I was pulling into the parking lot 2 minutes before closing and the wonderful soul that was working ran to the back and got the hairball medicine as I was running into the store. No attitude for being there a breath before closing. She showed compassion and concern and wished me success with the treatment, and a better night. I'm truly grateful for their above and beyond service. Thank you so much!!!”

“Staff are very good and helpful. Grooming people take good care of my Maltese. Their delivery service is great too. They are just out of my food here and there and cancel deliveries because without a phone call to let me know. It is not easy on my dogs tummies to switch food out of the blue so a heads up would be helpful if they are not gonna have large dog Eukanuba available for my auto deliveries.”

“10/10 would recommend with company with any reptile needs. I have been coming to her for over a year and half. I go once a week to buy rodents for my older snake who didn’t eat for almost 2 years because she’s picky, started eating immediately after I started buying rodents from her. I have bought 2 snakes from her this year. This company is very knowledgeable on all sorts of reptiles, with all sorts of needs. I feel reassured when talking to her about my reptiles when things confuse me about their behavior.”
