Worst experience in the last 10 years with this business. Dropped my items off at 6:30PM and I was greeted by the Assistant Manager saying we stop taking items at 7:00PM. I told her I was aware of that and she asked if this was all I had. I explained I had another laundry basket it the car and she said "just one right" at this point it felt like she wasn't wanting to do business. I was there before the 7:00PM cut off time and then she is questioning how many more items I had. I asked if there was a problem and told her I could come back tomorrow if it was going to be a big deal. She said 'no, just want to make sure I can get everything done by 8:00PM.' I did not receive a call by 8:00PM so I assumed they needed more time. The following day I did not receive a call, so I asked my husband to follow up (less than 48 hours since drop off). Turns out they called the wrong number, claimed they couldn't read the writing on the slip (looked like a 4 or 9), but only chose to try one number when calling. They ended up donating a majority of our items, which in turn OUAC can claim as a deduction on the taxes; so ultimately OUAC still profits off of the items they decide to donate.When I called the Store Manager picked up and at this point I was extremely frustrated and irritated and as I am voicing my frustrations the Manager proceeds to laugh at my comments multiple times and says 'that's why I always recommend people read what they sign.' I informed the Manager that I was on my way to pick up the signed document and review it myself, at no point in time did she tell me she did not have my signed document in the store. When I showed up (after driving across town) she did not have the document in the store; complete waste of time and energy!With inflation rising customers are very selective on what they spend their money/time on and who they do business with. I for one will no longer be doing business with this specific OUAC and will let others know of my experiences as well.This specific OUAC location definitely has massive opportunity to learn how to deescalate situations, refocus on customer experience and if this type of situation occurs often (which the Manager did say) start investing in 21st century technology so that situations like this can be avoided and not leave hand writing up to interpretation of the employees.I have called Winmark Corporation and OUAC Headquarters and left voicemails, as well as sent an email to OUAC. Will continue to find additional outlets to share my experience.

So over priced now, I’ll spend the same amount to have new items. I think they forget these items are very obviously used. And their customer service has gone so down hill, I just refuse to shop here anymore. I find better deals at the Runway with name brand adult clothes than there for kids clothes. I’m just disappointed.

I went in to shop their amazing 60% off clearance sale. I found nice pieces in every size I needed. From preemie- 6/9 mo, 2T, 3T & 4T. I always appreciate their texts and emails letting me know ahead of time about their fabulous sales. Their items are clean and the staff are so sweet and very helpful. I definitely recommend them.

I've shopped here for years and found plenty of good deals, but I've also had bad experiences here as well. Years ago I purchased a swing a month before I had my baby and when I tried to use it, I didn't work. I tried to see of the store would exchange it or anything, but they offered me a 5.00 credit on a 65.00 purchase. Earlier this week I purchased a pair of boots for my daughter , and when she went to wear them we realized that the store had miss marked the size. They where marked 2 sized bigger than they actually are. I took them in to try and get a refund or exchange or store credit and was told I could try to resale them to the store, but I wouldn't get back what I paid. I called and spoke with the owner or manager , whoever the gentleman was and was also told to bad. I explained that this was a store mistake, not a customer mistake, and he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience . I guess I'd just be very careful of buying anything g without it being completely inspected turned on , etc.
