“Talk about outstanding. They were honest during the whole process, took the time to actually find and address the issue. The thing that really spoke about their integrity is the price tag. I've had other places charge an arm and a leg for something simple that needed to be done in a shop but was relatively easy and affordable on their end. “The lead person yelled at me through the window to stop but he later explained that he didn’t want me to drive into pit. I was following the directions of the other person inside however. At any rate, he was nice after that. They refused to do my oil change, due to the fact that there was a ban on Chrysler motors leaking and they said mine was. They topped off my fluids and suggested I get my car fixed at a shop.”

Troy was really helpful in getting an AARP discount, explaining the purpose and tips of the gas treatment service to make the engine run well. Arik found a slow oil leak by the oil pan and that the amount of oil exceeded manufacturer’s specifications. 2+ quarts over. Mike was helpful at observing the operation of the lights and indicators.”

“I travel full-time towing my small travel trailer with my 2022 Toyota Tundra. I was still for an oil change and called City motor Express lube. They were able to book me for the day I would be spending here in Great falls. At no other time in my travels, was a Toyota dealer able to do an oil change for me without scheduling out one to two weeks. So, the express lube option is great. I wish more Toyota dealers would adopt this. Other brands have this sort of thing available at most of their dealers. In any event, my oil change went well, service was fast, and the attending service person was very friendly and helpful.”
