“Talk about outstanding. They were honest during the whole process, took the time to actually find and address the issue. The thing that really spoke about their integrity is the price tag. I've had other places charge an arm and a leg for something simple that needed to be done in a shop but was relatively easy and affordable on their end. These guys charged a relatively low and reasonable price and actually addressed the issue and made my car run like new. Hats off to these guys!Service: Engine repair”

“Steve and his team are the best. However the problem is with the interior of the facility. The couch is ripped walls are dirty and no coffee or cups for customers. I like a clean presentation for customers. But Steve's can do attitude is why you got 5 stars.”

Josh was super helpful, honest, upfront, and courteous. He was also knowledgeable, which gave me confidence that the job would be done right. The discount for being a vet was just an added bonus. I would recommend this place with confidence!”
“Ive had Sean re-gear two of my Jeeps. The first set he did lasted for a long time and several trips to Moab before I sold it.

We were running late on an oil change, we were seen so quickly without judgement and were really taken care the guys were friendly and easy to work with. We were in and out within 30 minutes and they offer a military discount which is always great!”

“I travel full-time towing my small travel trailer with my 2022 Toyota Tundra. I was still for an oil change and called City motor Express lube. They were able to book me for the day I would be spending here in Great falls. At no other time in my travels, was a Toyota dealer able to do an oil change for me without scheduling out one to two weeks. So, the express lube option is great. I wish more Toyota dealers would adopt this. Other brands have this sort of thing available at most of their dealers. In any event, my oil change went well, service was fast, and the attending service person was very friendly and helpful.”
“Subaru of Great Falls scheduled my oil change promptly the next day after my phone call and got the service done on time and also in a timely manner. They were courteous throughout the service. I'd also like to thank Subaru of Pocatello, Idaho. We were on a vacation road trip when I noticed the oil change was passed due. We stopped in Pocatello for the night and the next day stopped at the Subaru dealer to see if they could perform the needed service. Their service schedule was full for the day but they offered to check the oil and other fluids ro make sure they were OK for additional travel. They did this without any delay, added a quart of oil checked the other fluids and did not charge me for their time or the quart of added oil. Thank you Subaru of Great Falls and Pocatello.”
