“Over the last 2 months I have had several billing issues but every time I come to this location I have worked with Mikhail (spelling? Sorry if I messed it brother) aka Big Sexy has been a consummate professional. He has known the exact process and route to take for every issue I’ve had and I’ve never had better cellar customer service than I have at this 10th location with him. Dude deserves a raise and promotion. He has all the answers and is just a genuinely good dude. If anyone in his supervisory chain sees this take what I say seriously because you have an asset in your store with him that should not be overlooked. If you’re looking to switch carriers and get the best customer service go see my man Big Sexy and he will get you out the door with everything you need.”

Excellent Service – Special Thanks to Yohan
I visited T-Mobile about two weeks ago, and I just want to say how thankful I am for the amazing help I received. A young man, I believe his name was Yohan, assisted me with switching over from Verizon. He was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
He made the transition smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated how knowledgeable and courteous he was. Unfortunately, I later found out that he had been let go—not sure why, which is a real shame. I was sad to hear it, but I recently found out he now works at Hobby Lobby. Still, I want him to know his help meant a lot.
As for T-Mobile: I love it so far. Definitely more affordable than Verizon, with better service in my experience—especially since I travel frequently around the world. The coverage has been solid, and I’ve had no issues.
