Really frustrating when they tell customers that their employer/payroll department doesn't know what their doing or is not withholding correctly. Did you find out how the customer filled out a state or federal W-4 or have you ever processed payroll for a company? Please stop telling customers that their taxes are messed up because of a payroll department when you do not work for that company or have not gotten complete information from that customer.
