We went to the casino last night (2/24) and I won $160. They said that they didn’t have enough money to fulfill the ticket. I wasn’t worried about it, but we tried to cash out the ticket this morning (2/25) and they still didn’t have the money to fulfill the ticket. They try to run a casino/hotel and they can’t even cash out tickets? Embarrassing!!!!Not only that, but this morning? They seated the people behind us for breakfast before us!!! New management is in order or a complete overhaul of staff!!! ?

This property is a really wonderful place to stay. It starts at the top with the GM George who made time for us to meet and great at a complimentary wine and cheese reception. After snacks I had to go see what the bar had to offer. Our server Paige was a delight to deal with and recommended us the Certified Angus Beef Rib Eye which Trevor cooked to perfection!!! The rooms were clean and tidy which was nice after a long day traveling we come to Great Falls often and will absolutely be returning to the Holiday Inn Convention Center!!!

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this property while visiting Great Falls and we have been very happy with our stays. Room prices are reasonable, the hotel restaurant is very good and all the staff are very polite and helpful. Markeal and Frank at the front desk were very helpful with any questions I had and checking out was a breeze.All in all, I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone passing through Great Falls and look forward to our next visit.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here. Our stay included complimentary breakfast, not just a buffet style; but a sit down restaurant! The rooms were clean, tidy, and staff was extremely polite. Everyone was happy to answer any questions, or recommend local spots when asked. Location was good too, close to everything! Highly recommend giving this one a try.

Morgan was the gal who checked us in, a very wonderful lady. But the best part of our stay was a gentleman whose name tag said Max, and was the most kind and professional person we had the pleasure to encounter! We were tired, and a bit grumpy, but Max was delightful and made us laugh. He's a keeper!Our only complaint is there was not enough coffee! Also, a gentleman, Bill, if I recall, did ask us how our stay was. All in all, a nice experience! We will recommend based upon your staff; not your coffee shortage.

My husband and I are first time visitors to this hotel. Staff are great and very friendly. We came from Calgary to experience NYE here and try out their prime rib and lobster NYE dinner tonight. So far food is great. I am quite particular with the way my breakfast is made and Steve the new cook did it perfectly! So far highly recommend this place. Tonight's dinner will make or break it. If great, we are coming back next year. Alice and Lawrence.

The hotel was clean, rooms large, beds very comfortable and the bathroom had full size Dove hand soap and lotion. The lobby is inviting and has a small shop. There is an indoor pool with a waterslide and a hot tub. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend adding the breakfast for 2 for $10 when booking the room. Will definitely stay again.Noteworthy details: The atrium is open and the waterfall is soothing and adds a nice touch. There are many comfortable easy chairs with throws, and even a few board games and large wooden checkers set.

Super comfortable and Above and beyond service and hospitality.. would totally recommend to people 10 out of 10 for sure .
