I love Herman's Flowers. The store has been here for years. The service is great and friendly. Their flowers are fresh and long lasting. Prices are great compared to other shops in Great Falls. I previously ordered flowers for occasions and I'm never disappointed. If I request out town. They work with other florist to get what you want. Thank you to the staff and their furry greaters.

Nice workers, but the flowers looked old and the bouquet did not look good at all. Not worth the 70 dollars spent for it.

My cousins and I ordered a very expensive arrangement for a funeral of a another cousin. The funeral was at 11am and the flowers were guaranteed to be delivered by 9 am, after the funeral was over and not seeing the arrangement we called. At that point we were told they were on the way. THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, the funeral was over, we were put in a terribly embarrassing and sad situation all because Herman’s could not keep the guarantee that they have posted on there web site. Our whole family try to give local businesses work but it will not be with Herman’s Flowers anymore.So please beware.Fred Holland

Herman's used to be a great store. Now they are rude and send out anything they want rather than what you order. And when you tell them that, they get mad and do NOTHING to fix it. No refund, no new flowers sent and most importantly no apologies. I will never shop here again. My guess- they'll be out of business soon.

I ordered flowers from here for a client in the area and the arrangement and customer service were top-notch! The lady in the shop called my client to verify the address and delivery and the client mentioned they were going to be out of town until the following week and Herman's held the delivery until the client was home. Highly recommend!

Smells amazing as soon as you walk in. They cutest little gnomes! The staff is awesome and they have a great selection. Go check them out!

I ordered a special custom arrangement over the phone and gave a general description of what I was looking for (not the typical 12 red roses). The result was beautiful and the wife loves them. They even delivered them to her classroom at the school.

Ordered flowers for a friend who was in the hospital and about to be discharged. They offered same-day delivery and the customer service was great - they were even able to give me more information on the typical time of discharge, and reassure me that they could get a delivery truck out there before that time. The flowers arrived in good condition and were much appreciated by my friend.

Not Recommended.We entrust florists with vital moments in our lives. Some of them joyous and some tragic. On April 15 a good friend of mine and professional associate unexpectedly took his own life. Totally out of character. The tragedy is monumental. He left behind a two young daughters he was very close to and a loving wife. Its hard to write those words with out emotion. He was a really good guy who made peoples lives better and was loved by the community. There was no funeral for me to attend.I called Hermans and explained the situation and asked them to make up something appropriate. I set no limit on price. I just wanted an expression of my families grief and empathy sent to the widow.Three weeks later, I could not verify that the delivery was ever made - I had no idea what was delivered - if anything. There was no charge to my bank account nor receipt sent. I called about 3 or 4 times. On Friday May 6th they could not tell me if they were delivered. Then they told me that they could not deliver them - and had the widow pick them up. Then today I recieved an e-mail claiming that they drove them out and delivered them.A charge for $151 finally showed up on my bank account on May 7th. However they have had my card number laying around since April 17th. Who knows what they did with all my personal information...I am going to cancel my ATM card and get another one as I can not be sure they did not just toss my personal info in the trash where it can be found.I am more than disappointed. Given the nature of the occasion, I would have expected more consideration. I recommend you find another florist.
