The Crash Champions team at this location was professional and helpful from the front desk to the team in the back doing the maintenance. Alyssa was extremely patient with me as I called multiple times with updates about my rental and drop off issues. Sherman was very knowledgeable and it wasn't until I'm picking up my vehicle do I hear about the issues they encountered. I was only hearing about them at that point, because the Crash Champions team handled everything on their end. I hope I don't need their services again, but in the case that I do, I will not hesitate. Their service was top notch. Kudos to the entire team.

Without reservation, I can recommend CRASH CHAMPIONS for taking care of the damage to our car after a minor accident, my fault. Lance and Elizabeth kept us informed throughout the process of repair. Appointment times were honored, and the car was finished Before we expected. Not only were repairs all made, but the vehicle was returned to us cleaned inside and out. I’m writing this review months after the repairs, and everything is working fine / looks great! Another note…Crash Champions worked very well with our insurance company, which shall remain unnamed but does not have a great reputation with Auto Repair companies. So I’m even happy with the INS company!

My suburban was t-boned which smashed both driver door an back passenger. Flawless helped me in a pinch an then turned around an made my vehicle look like nothing never happened plus some! Thanks guys 5 stars plus.....

Great customer service. Followed up on status throughout the repair. Done faster than expected. Car cleaned up really nice when I picked it up. I would definitely use them again.

Flawless has gained a customer for life. I took my SUV to Flawless after being rear-ended in road construction over the summer. I had never had to deal with having body work done through someone else’s insurance. Once I dropped my Traverse off, Flawless handled everything as far as the insurance company (e.g. extending my car rental, etc.). Their work on the damage was perfect, done quickly, and they even fixed a “popping” in my driver’s side door that they had no obligation to fix as I had told them the issue was there before the accident. It was just a little extra something they did in the interest of customer satisfaction, I suppose. And it worked. I am more than satisfied, and I’ll never take another vehicle needing body work anywhere else.

Hit a deer on my way back home to Colorado. Hood was warped due to the impact. Showed up at Flawless Auto Body - unannounced and with no appointment. They helped out immediately, allowing me to make it the 800 miles back home without issue. Charged me nothing for the work. Saved my hide that day (can't say the same for that poor deer...). Thanks guys!
