Absolutely amazing
Staff, facility, and experience!
I booked 4 nights off boarding online which was super easy and user friendly. When I had questions, I called and got all the answers PLUS excellent customer service.
I brought my pup, Bossie, in a couple days prior to her reservation since she hadn't been there before and again I was met with outstanding and friendly staff. I also dropped in a second time to ensure I had all the right vaccinations records ahead of time and AGAIN AGAIN met with the best staff ever. I asked if I could peak at the boarding facility areas just because I was worried about my pup adjusting and they gave me a full on tour without hesitation! I observed the cleanest and surprisingly quietest kennel area I've ever seen. There was calming music playing, lavendar aromatherapy, and some seriously comfortable, relaxed, happy pups. Most shocking to me (in a good way) is the complete lack of doggy poo and urine odors-not even a faint whiff! Again, SO CLEAN!! The outdoor spaces were clean too with happy pups playing and we'll supervised.
Fast forward to dropping off my Bossie pup and being 3 states away, I was so pleased to with the daily report cards, phots, and videos! They took such wonderful care of my girl. I was actually worried that she wouldn't want to even come home with me! ?
Suffice to say that we will be back anytime we need to board and we'll be checking out all the other fun pup-centered fun and services in the near future.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff for loving on my girl and making this such an easy process. 10 stars!!!

So disappointed. We moved back to MT and the first order of business was booking a grooming for my yorkie. Called Fetch at the beginning of July, gave all my and my pup's pertinent info and was told that the first opening was on 8/13, which I gladly grabbed. Imagine my despair when I went in today, after driving an hour to get there, only to be told that while they had all of my information, I did not have an appointment. Worse, I was accusatorially told that I hadn't received a confirmation text from them - which how would I know I should have received as I was a brand new customer? In hind sight, maybe it was serendipity. Any establishment that can bungle booking an appointment so badly and then infer it was somehow my fault should never be trusted with my pup. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
Just noticed the reply from "owner." Funny how you white wash what actually occurred and once again infer that it's my fault that I didn't get a grooming that day. Not once did any one on your staff say "Hey, some kind of mix up but we can still groom your pup." Not once. I was told I had no appointment and that you were fully booked. But keep telling yourself that you tried to do the right thing if that helps you sleep at night. We all know what they say about Karma.

I took my 7 month old Newfoundland in for just a bath and was charged 80 dollars. The website said starts at 26.99 which is extremely deceiving. After 4 hours I picked him up and he was still wet. AND was told that I need to train my dog better to like the blow dryer. I asked why it was so much more money than I expected and they said that’s their base price for saint bernards and newfoundlands. That would’ve been nice to know before! I can see if that was for a full grown but he is only 7 months! I don’t know how 80 dollars is needed for just a bath.

My family adores Fetch ? They take great care of your animals whether it’s boarding, daycare, grooming ect. We recently did the beginner adult training for my 1 year old Akira and highly recommend it for getting some doggy basics mastered! The staff are all super friendly, place is always clean, and we love the owner Ashley. Fetch will forever be our go-to :)

They do not stand behind the products they sell. Bought a toy for our 4 months old puppy, within minutes the toy came apart at the seams. It was clearly not the result of the playtime but rather a material defect. Tried to return/exchange the very next morning and was told I had to contact the manufacturer. Of course the manufacturer requires you to jump through hoops, including PRINTING a refund request. (Who doesn't use on-line forms in this day and age?) This is what you get for buying local. Any online retailer like Amazon or Chewy would have had this resolved within minutes without me having to find a place I can print the required form and then still have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a refund. Ridiculous. Here's a novel idea: Make it right for your customers and YOU deal with the manufacturer YOURSELF. Won't be spending any more money here!!

We were staying at the hotel next door with our lab and wanted to get a tag on him with our info just in case! The tag was only $10! Then we walked to North 40 and the same tag would have cost us $17 there, ouch! They also have an amazing selection of dog treats!

My dog Chewie was over due for a groom and was looking like a real life Chewbacca! I took him to Fetch for the first time and Keisha was the best! My Yorkie looked so fresh and so clean. He is usually so stressed when getting groomed but today he seemed to do really well. I would highly recommend Keisha, she is very kind and is so good with your fur babies.
