My automatic refill should have been filled last week, my husband went to pick it up and it wasn't filled. He requested it to be filled. I checked on it yesterday and it still was not filled so I AGAIN requested it to be filled. And guess what...that's right, still not filled. I spoke to a female and she said, "we can put a rush on it, but there is no guarantee it will be filled today." It is already a week overdue. Her response was, "we are really behind because we don't have enough staff and too many people keep coming in." I am going to change my pharmacy.

The automated system is impossible to get thru, and cannot get to Delivery options for disabled, and cannot reach a human to have scripts moved to another pharmacy.

Slowest and worst pharmacy in town. No care or compassion. Absolutely no urgency to get meds taken care of in a timely manner even for those who have just had surgery and discharged from hospital. Not to mention trying to call and speak to someone at the pharmacy is impossible without a 20 min wait. I could reach the VA or Medicare faster on the phone than this pharmacy so that’s saying something.

Absolutely abysmal pharmacy. The staff is rude. The website/App is unusable. The phone system is ridiculous. They say they'll text you when your script is ready but the don't. And God Forbid you show up during their lunch break, they are outright nasty. I had dental surgery today, I had to wait 3 hours for the pain medication to be ready and after SPECIFICALLY asking them to text me when the script was ready, they didn't. When I gave them my drivers license for ID, they didn't return it and I had to drive back to the store. They made a painful, anxiety provoking surgery exponentially worse. I will never spend another dime in their store anywhere in the world.

The pharmacist was able to fix my CVS account. Somehow I had two and I could never see my Rxns on the app or website. Seems small, but I'm stoked!They also filled my transferred Rxn in like 5 minutes.

I can't understand all the bad reviews for this pharmacy. I called on Fri of July 4th weekend to get a prescription transferred from out of state, and the nice girl on the phone had it done by the next day. They opened exactly at 9, and there were 3 nice ladies working.No problems at all!

Poor service. No contact with dr. Suggested for me to call the hospital intern to get the rx changed after they had it for two days and two visits by me each day. Go to wallmart.

The worst business on the planet...Pharm employees too worried they won't get a break and might have work more than 6.5 hours in a day, they can't get a simple blood pressure scrip filled after 7 hours' notice... this is GF, NOT NY.

The pharmacy section of this place is the most poorly managed, inefficient operation I have seen in a long, long time. I cannot see how they remain in business. They will certainly get no more of mine.

All you people with the ultra negative comments have no idea what these people have been through. Like so many places in town that have shortened their hours or closed down completely it's because they can't find anyone that will work. CVS are bend over backwards good to me every time I deal with them. Maybe if you tried showing them some kindness, understanding and respect they'd treat you the same
