My phone service started 12/01/2022 with CenturyLink. I have had trouble from the start. No dial tone usually starts some time in late AM or early Pm. Sometimes continues for the whole day then it magically comes back on. Two people from two different states (not Montana) called and said that they received a call from my number. I do NOT have long distance service. I have reported or tried to report the problem numerous times. Still not fixed. Repair service is a joke.

I had a very unpleasant experience with century link and the customer service. I put in a cancel request a month ago since I was changing to a new address. I was waiting them to come set up a new connection at the new address which took for ever - it took a long time for the century link agent to contact me , so I decided to go with another company. But kept receiving bill from them as auto payments. I called up customer service and spoke with their account specialist whose name was Xance who was very rude with me over the phone. I asked them why they had charged me for the additional days and that why I was getting new bills. He said he is going up to put in a cancel date as today the April12 th and was trying to hang up prematurely still talking to me with a ride tone. This is so irresponsible and demeaning. Century link is charging me extra days for no reason and are making me excuses telling me there was no cancel request. I guess this is how they make extra money off customers.He was not willing to take the time to look into his records to even tell me of they have a proper record of the conversation I had with them a month ago to cancel the connection.

It’s been three working days since we went in person and requested for someone to set up Wi-Fi at our home. Very poor customer service. Least bothered with getting back to us or informing us about delays.

Yeah that is Jake's there is no office there. Checked the serounding businesses and they said its not there. Worst service. Way to expensive for and the service is in the dark ages 3mps is all they can do for 60 bucks. No customer service.

Can't speak to the local customer service (there is no office), but the tech came out and got everything set up pretty normally. The 1-star is for the data - drops every single day, makes it impossible to stream or work or download anything reliably. No way should DSL be this terrible just outside of a major (sort of) city. Had better internet via satellite way out in the boonies (pre-starlink). Would not recommend.

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with we are trying to run a business and just last month due to their problems in the office we were without a phone for several days we are dealing with the same thing again and I've literally spent over 6 hours making phone calls and also chatting online no phone call back like they have promised and they keep on changing the date they gave me to come look we have literally gone almost a week without phone service

This is the WORST!!! THERE IS NO OFFICE111 you go there and it's a vacuum shop with a guy that's very understanding but still annoyed people stop in looking for CenturyLink. Only options I've found to contact them you need to call or email or go to their website. There a decient price with decent service so no problems there but THATS NOT THEIR OFFICE.

Don't have their service, but one of their technicians blocked my parking spot. When I asked him if he could move his vehicle, he acted like I was an inconvenience. Even if I did go through them, I would have canceled services immediately.

Multiple calls, promised to call back, no call and no solution. Your rep has promised two supervisors would call, no call back. Meanwhile the bills keep coming in after we have spent weeks trying to drop several of the options we are being charged for. I believe your workers are trying yet final answer is that they are not capable or your system is adequate. Either way, 1 star is too many.

Sorry to say but paying over $70 to be solicited from 730AM to 9PM no longer works for us. My mom dropped hers and now my elderly father is cancelling his and none to soon. Best of luck keeping customers in the future.
