“I love going to our Wells Fargo bank located at 1400 3rd St NW. The people there treat me like a friend who just popped in for a visit. They know my name, greet me at the door, always courteous and friendly. Even the tellers treat me with respect and ask about how my mom is doing, where is my dog today, how was my weekend and so on. We have even enjoyed lunch and developed a friendship with our personal banker (outside of work.) The only other thing that I can add is, I would drive all of the way across town to use their bank if that was where they were located.”
