I would give ✨️ZERO✨️ stars if I could. This place takes advantage of military numbers and their families. Don't walk RUN From taylor's and Taylor's ACR. The manager Mark does dirty business and is super sketch! Just make the drive and go to Helena, Bozeman, or Billings. STAY AWAY!

Micheal Evans from Taylor’s auto max put me in a 2019 Honda accord recently. After not getting approved by most banks (cause I had no credit) he stayed with me didn’t give up continued to show me ways to build credit and try to get me more offers to where eventually he got me a deal. Very good salesman would send my friends to him

I purchased my used truck at Taylor's auto max, and was told to be sure to bring it to the attached repair facility for service. I brought it in for a problem with how the engine was running, and they did a tune up, and replaced the spark plug wires, and put in a new battery. That did not fix the problem. I went to another shop, which replaced the spark plug cables with quality cables with the correct capacity, and replaced the fuel filter, which fixed the problem. A few years later the battery failed. I went to a different shop (since Taylor's has proven ineffectual in my experience), which tested the battery for free,. The test was done while I waited. They said it was bad. I then looked at the original receipt and realized that the battery was installed by Taylors, and was still under warranty. I called Taylors, and they said I'd have to bring it in another day. I pleaded, since I live 60 miles away, and rarely bring the pick up to town. They relented and said they'd test it, but it would take two hours. I waited for three hours, and was told that there is nothing wrong with the battery. They then CHARGED ME $30 for telling me that they would not honor the warranty. I protested, and they said I couldn't have my truck back unless I paid. The service writer was unkind, unhelpful, sneering and unwilling to listen or understand my perspective.I spoke with the battery manufacturer, who said that they would replace the battery for free - honor the warranty - and give me permission to take it to a different retail outlet.

I don't even wanna give 1 star but I had to so I could write my not so good experience...my wife and I was looking at 3 different trucks and I did the on.line application and got a phone call the next day and told the salesman these vehicle have our interest and my application said I was approved...that was almost 2 weeks ago and I never did hear back from my salesman...I guess my time and money is not worth there time and money...I always thought Taylor's said no problem...more like you call us but we won't call you back....maybe it's because I'm on ssi ?....

Terrible customer service. I decided last night to buy a 2005 Duramax from them. The salesman I talked on the phone with told me not to do the paperwork with the salesman that showed the truck, but to call him back and do it with him. He said it was too late to make a deposit and he would do it first thing in the morning. I was told it would not be sold out from under me. He called me when he got in in the morning and said it was already sold. Absolutely pathetic business practice. Followed their instruction and they screwed me over. Will never be doing business here again.
