“We drove to Ryan Dam outside of Great Falls to check out the sights and when we came back our vehicles transmission shift cable had came off. We had no service and had to ask for help from the operator of the dam. He put us in touch with Carnahan towing and they came out promptly to save us. Our driver was kind enough to show us the problem, fix it safely and help us on our way. We are so grateful that our family vacation could continue and we were able to get back home to Canada. A huge THANK YOU!”

I've had other places charge an arm and a leg for something simple that needed to be done in a shop but was relatively easy and affordable on their end. Asked to get my back bumper sorted so I could get the tailgate to work again and they made it almost like new instead of having to replace the whole thing. Not only that but had issues with the tailgate itself and now that is also in perfect condition. Not sure one had to do with the other but still throughly impressed”
“I had a trailer tire blow out on me on a Sunday in great falls, called the tire shops that were open and nobody was willing to help. I've been able to buy a couple sets of tires from Tyler so I texted him and asked if he had a emergency call out for Sundays, he said no but asked what I had going on. All I needed was a spare swapped, he came down and in 15 minutes we had it changed as I had 100 miles to home yet. Could not ask for better service from anyone, shwab west is where I'll be doing any tire purchases and I'm a long ways away.”
“I recently had them match the front windows to the rear factory tint on a '24 Subaru Forester. This is the second vehicle I have had them do and they did another fantastic job. They get you in quick and do great work. Between my boss and I, Mike and his crew have tinted 5 vehicles for us and they have all been awesome.”

Alyssa was extremely patient with me as I called multiple times with updates about my rental and drop off issues. Sherman was very knowledgeable and it wasn't until I'm picking up my vehicle do I hear about the issues they encountered. I was only hearing about them at that point, because the Crash Champions team handled everything on their end. I hope I don't need their services again, but in the case that I do, I will not hesitate. Their service was top notch. Kudos to the entire team.”

“We are traveling from Seattle to Vermont when the transmission started making noise. I called an talked to Steve to see if I could get an appointment and he shuffled a few things around, I had a 2pm appointment that day. Every other place I called said it was at least 2 weeks out before the could see me. I got there at 2pm and Diego came out with his hand held computer and ran some diagnostic's on my truck. He didn't find any codes for the transmission but found a few for the motor. He took it for a test drive and found that an air intake pipe had come loose. Diego had it repaired with in a hour. Steve and Diego did a GREAT JOB. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again.”

“After shopping around for a new windshield replacement I decided to go with Randy's because they were over $100 cheaper than Safelite and I didn't have to waste time with automated menus when I called. A real person answers the phone! Go figure. I got lucky because not only did they adapt their schedule for my only day off only day off fitting me in somehow but they had great customer service. Alll the other companies it was a hassle to get somebody on the phone but with this company I spoke to a person as soon as I called. They did everything they said they were going to do and even went the extra mile by fixing a windshield wiper. My new windshield is great and I was very happy with my experience with this company.”
“We are from Canada and had to call a Tow Truck after we hit some foreign object on the road. Josh from Carl’s came in excellent time, diagnosed the problem, and towed us to Helena (our destination). He went the extra mile by driving us to a second mechanic shop as the first couldn’t service our vehicle and THEN Josh even took us to our appointment to meet our friends.”
“These guys rock. I took a week vacation off work, and when my vacay was over I went to start my car. No start. I went through a little diagnosing and decided that more than likely it was the fuel pump. I called these guys up and they got my car in the shop within a couple weeks, and had the pump done in a day. Side note, my AC wasn't working and they inadvertently fixed it. 5 stars all the way and I'll definitely refer all my friends to y'all!”
