Josh is the man. Authorized retailers have gotten a bad reputation over the years and i was skeptical about using one. Josh was more attentative than any AT&T corporate store employee ive ever dealt with. The man is a professional and goes out of his way to make the customer experience easy. If youre in the great falls area, have him help you out with your AT&T needs.

Josh is literally the nicest guy we’ve ever worked with. He went absolutely above and beyond to help us get our complicated account set up. He was patient, helpful, and got us completely squared away. Thank you Josh you are the absolute BEST!!!! We are so glad we came to you!!!!

Josh has multiple bad reviews on him and yet he is still employed and giving bad costumer services. When in the store to get new phone he had bad attitude. Called two Weeks later to warranty a phone case and he was extremely unhelpful and rude over the phone. The repliey to this post will probably say something like this.(Thank you for your feedback. We'll pass along your comments to leadership so they can address and provide further training. We hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your business)Yet noithing will be done About this character that works there.Don't go to this store, the guys at market place are way better to work with !

a big shout out to Alexis at 1116 9th street south Great Falls, MT. I will recommended her to everyone for their needs at AT&T she had phenomenal customer service and a wonderful attitude for the almost 3 hours it took to set up a new device. her patience is incredible.

Went to this location today to help my aunt get a new phone. Josh was no help. He didn't greet us when we came into the store, rolled his eyes when we told him we needed a new phone and gave us attitude when we told him we weren't sure of my aunts current phone model. His attitude was just awful. I hope he was just having a bad day, but even then the customer service was terrible.

VISITED THE STORE TODAY AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT WAITED ON ME PROVIDED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE WAS KNOWLEDABLE AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. WHEN IM READY TO BUY A NEW PHONE I WILL BE GOING TO THE 9TH STREET STORE AND SEE JOSH. HE WAS KIND AND RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT NEEDS GOOD SERVICE VISIT THIS STORE.

Customer Service Rep - KEAGHAN O at the 10th Ave AT&T store - greeted me at the door as soon as I walked into the store with friendly and professional service. Keegan was phenomenal to work with answered our questions got me into my phone which met my needs. Very professional and was very personal also. Didn't push me into anything I didn't need or want took no for an answer. I recommend you stopping in and seeing him any time great guy. Great company.

Had terrible experience. Was lied to on many different levels by store associate Isaiah. Was introduced to a so called promotion in which I would receive a free pair of beats if I bout a case and screen protector. Come to find the deal did not exist and I'm stuck paying for it. Associate Isiah spent a lot of time talking bad about the company and his supervisor that he was overworked, and underappreciated. There were multiple other dishonest and unprofessional things done by this Associate. I plan on switching companies as soon as I can
