American Mini Storages is great customer service and friendly reasonable storage units. The owner is very nice, kind and understanding, willing to work with people and fix mistake. A unit was double booked, the owner called other trusted units, found new unit and even paid first month’s rent. He also worked with people to find the contents of a unit for a family member behind on payments, was gracious and kind. Units are never destroyed, no mice, good weather striping, no dust, pleasant treat with dignity. Prices are fair and service is awesome.
The owner accidentally double booked our storage unit and we needed one that day. He called some other storage units that he trusted and found us a new one and even paid our first month’s rent at the new place. Very nice guy and did everything he could to fix the mistake!

I called to inquire if they sold the contents of a unit belonging to a family member who had falled behind on payments. He was very kind and worked with me to find the people who wound up taking possession of the items in the unit. He was understanding and gracious. Bret is one of the nicest people I have ever met my children have met him and they love him as well . Great storage unit. Fair prices
