General delivery should not close at lunch time they should have one person that comes on when someone actually needs help which probably will be like once a week and they can't even manage that

The USPS Gallatin Gateway post office staff have been phenomenal during the COVID quarantine, and prior to. They are so patient, kind, and helpful! Thank you to the staff for being so great.

It sits by itself pretty close to a gas station and restaurant it's mostly a ranching community but I'm sure more houses will be built in the area

Its a regular post office no surprises here, Nice folk behind the counter. The review of the guy being mad that the office workers wouldn't bring him a package is hilarious. Seems he's motivated enough to leave a bad review but not to take the 5 minute drive to pick up his package. Jeeze dude, grow up.

Unprofessionalism at it's finest. Even though I live not to far from this location, they couldn't deliver a package that was in there facility due to being "too far away"(less than 5 miles). Couldn't even notify my or send an email, they just returned it to sender. The woman on the phone said "it makes our job harder". Look lady, if you can't handle the holidays go work at the Goodwill. Tax dollars hard at work. This would never happen in a properly managed post office. Absolutely pathetic.
