White water rafting was very fun. Water was a little low on the day we did but it was still good. The staff was very experienced. We really enjoyed the things they shared about the area during rafting and even though we were a big group in 2 rafts, they let us raft side by side, compete and roast each other about the strokes ???
One of our friends lost the mobile phone at their location and we couldn't find it that day. After someone gave the mobile to the front desk they took the trouble to reach out to us and ship the mobile to us. I really appreciate that.

Robert was an amazing guide!! He knew we were adrenaline hungry and he tailored our experience to fit our group! When one of our party went overboard he was VERY effective in retrieving her. The safety demonstration before the ride made our whole party prepared for this situation and we all felt safe in Robert’s hands.
The facility could clean the carpet in the changing room more often to decrease some unpleasant smells (urine).

Rafting was fine.
The guides where all in dry suits, while all of us customers where in wet suits that did not keep us warm.

Very well run organization. They took almost 90 pictures of our group throughout the trip. Our guide, Matt, was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and made sure we had a good time. Definitely recommend the Class 3 & 4 rapids.

Had the pleasure of experiencing this company during my stay. My family enjoyed our guide Rob who was fun and informative of not only the river but geological area which added to the trip. He remembered everyone’s name and was able to keep my young nephew entertained. Ten out of ten service would highly recommend.

I had Stevie as my guide and she taught me some lines as we went along. The guide team was professional and the crews well coached. Despite the rain, there was a ton of smiles and the trip was fantastic!-Gear boy

Fantastic experience. Highly recommend them … For someone who hasn’t done any whitewater rafting and know swimming, I felt very safe in water. For summer rafting, the rapids are Class 2 and 3.. and was fairly easy/safe.
