Stopped in on a whim to check out faucets and ended up purchasing new appliances. The service from Madison was excellent. Communication was exceptional. Installation was very smooth and professional. I highly recommend this one stop shop for luxury home improvements.

I walked through the showroom for 20 minutes and I could see and hear staff in the design area. Not one person greeted me or ask if they could help in any way. I had been to this showroom pre-COVID and was greeted warmly by staff. So…. what happened? No excuse for this kind of rudeness!I will not return.

While the showroom is beautiful, the staff was shockingly rude. I am building a multi-million dollar home near West Yellowstone and drove the hour and a half up to Bozeman to visit this location. After wandering the store for some time with not a single person asking me if I needed anything, I finally approached a staff member--who was buried in her computer--and asked for some help with pricing and such. She blinked at me as if I'd spoken a foreign language, then said wait a minute and walked away. She returned a few minutes later and told me that the person who could help me was busy on another project, even though I'm pretty sure I was the only customer in the building at this point. She gave me a business card and asked me to take pictures of what I was interested in and email it to the person who would then answer my questions. Now it was my turn to blink in dismay. Who treats potential customers like that? But, because I was seriously interested in what I saw, I dutifully took pictures and emailed the name on the business card. No big surprise, I got no response. So I took my money and went to a different design store where I was treated with respect and value. I have never in my life had an experience like this one at Earth Elements. That level of rudeness is something they must work hard at, because, to quote my mother, "I never!"

Happened to stop by Earth Elements today after hearing about it from a co-worker. I have to say I was really impressed. They have a huge back indoor area filled with slabs that is easy to walk around and see. The staff was really great to me and the owner Ben took his time taking me through all the different slab choices. I really appreciate all the time he put in and will be going back there to make my final selection for counters.

This is a great new place in Bozeman! They carry the best tile product lines. I've been to a few other places in the area and this one really stands out. I highly recommend going there if you are designing your home. And I agree with the other reviews, the staff is great. Check it out.
