None of the employees including the managers seem to know what the actual policy is regarding various things outside of handing off mail to already established mailboxes. Heaven forbid you ever have to do anything outside of the norm - you better be prepared to make 3-4 trips with different items depending on who you talked to most recently - Every... Single... Time

Mail consistently goes missing from this USPS. Packages come damaged. The 2 employees that work the front have been dishonest about delivering mail that was never delivered. Missing jewelry, missing gifts, broken packages and lots of excuses. For a post office in a town with only 1K, that's pathetic.

The few times I've been in there it looks like people sort the mail and work the front; so like most branches they're sadly understaffed. But holding 3 small/medium size boxes instead of delivering them is way under-preforming. Went down to try to pick them up, and they're only open for 2 HOURS on Saturday! I'm not expecting 9-5, but more than 9:30-11:30! Our usual driver is sweet and normally on top of things, so I can't imagine it was her decision. But there is a guy who fills in now and then who definitely seems too lazy to drop off more than one box, and has totally thrown a box into my bushes before.

They won't deliver your packages to your house. But when you take time off of work to go pick them up they're closed even in the middle of the day. Unbelievable!

Time and time again my packages are marked delivered and show up days later. I have multiple clips from my doorbell camera, showing the mail person stopping at my mail box, I'll receive a notification of delivery, but the package won't arrive for another day or more. I've receive a notification of delivery in the morning, but the mail person won't come by for several more hours, then with no package. I've also had multiple deliveries marked "undeliverable" and I have to pick it up at the post office, to find that every one of them would have easily fit in my mailbox. It's clear that your employees are lying about deliveries, and after reading multiple articles about this being a nationwide issue, (search for yourself), I have no choice but to change carriers. Pretty obvious why USPS is failing.

Went here with my daughter who lives in Florence to drop off packages that she ships out for her business. She says it's a great PO to deal with that has convenient hours friendly staff and location is handy. What more can you say about a usps?

This post office should be used as a training center for USPS customer service. The Post Master and staff go above and beyond to make sure our e-commerce customers receive their orders in a lightning fast manor. USPS shipping is vital to our business and we are lucky to have such a great local Post Office!

I ordered a package that was originally sent through UPS and was supposed to be delivered by USPS. I realized the package was going to my old address so I attempted to re-route it through UPS My Choice. After hours of wasted time trying to navigate UPS's worthless website the only person who actually helped me was an employee at the Florence Post Office. It was amazing to be able to talk to a live person who actually cared and listened to my problem. Thank You!

Extremely nice people! Open at 8 a.m. . They stock shipping supplies! Held my mail for free when snow plow destroyed my mailbox :-) just don't know between 11 and 12 because they get a lunch break.
