He sold me 4 snow tires and one was the wrong size and he wouldn't replace it.now I can't rotate them.i wouldn't buy a valve stem from him.he basically called me a liar!

I am not an independently wealthy person. Every dollar counts. I ordered a set of clearance wheels and clearance tires from an online retailer trying to save money.
I stopped at Big Sky Tire thinking it was time to start a relationship with a smaller business instead of continuing to support the large companies. I asked how much to mount the tires on the wheels. They didn’t even need balanced.
He quoted me $50 per tire and then told me he had to make it worth his time since I didn’t purchase them from him. I was a tire guy at one point. 4 mounts with no dismount or balance is a 15 minute job at most and he wanted $200 to do it.
That wasn’t just a chance to mount 4 tires, that was a chance to start a relationship that could have had me purchasing tires from him for my fleet of 8 vehicles and 3 trailers.
I went to Hanson’s Performance instead and he charged me $48 to mount all 4 tires.
Thanks Big Sky Tire guy, you have inspired me to buy my own tire machine and balancer so I can continue ordering online instead of supporting local business.

Frank at Big sky tires has helped me in some tight situations over the years, especially when I didn't have the capital to spend a week's wages on Tires or rims at some big wig joint. They're not the top of the line in terms of new tires, but they're also not a chain. I like to go local when I can. I couldn't find my rims anywhere else, even private party, and theirs were a bit tarnished. But they were a fair deal, so I touched them up and made them work. I was told my winter tires were almost done when I know they had only been used one season. I hope they're not cutting corners to try to get more business. Decent people, hardworking, and good prices.

Feel sorry for this place, done alot of business with them in the past not to mention all the referrals to other people about them but not anymore, my daughter bought a set of new tires off the internet, took them to them and they said that they wouldn't mount a set of new tires from another company and that they take care of their customers first, we'll I thought I was a customer I only bought like 6 tires from them in the past 3 months, both times I drove by the place today only one car there, uhm you missed out on alot of money today,

If I could use half a star I would. Worst experience..... Went in to have my snow tires switched on and they charged me more then I was quoted and basically called me a liar. Last summer I purchased two "new" cooper tires for the front of my car, they are already weather checked in ONE summer and my car has not sat in one place. They charged me almost 250 for two tires that they claimed were brand new!!!! When brought to there attention they told me there was nothing that they would do and I was out of luck. I will never use this shop again for any service. As well as warning people to steer clear of the scammers there. I work for a local auto body shop and I will never recommend them again. Awful customer service.

I have no idea why these guys call themselves a “TIRE SHOP”!! I brought a set of tires in to get mounted and balanced. The guy told me they can’t do it because one of the four tires had more wear than the other 3. I went down the street to a legitimate tire shop and they mounted, balanced and installed all 4 tires and didn’t even mention anything about one tire having “more wear than the other 3”.

Frank and Eli were amazing! As someone who isn’t super knowledgeable about the tire process, their team was super helpful. They are honest and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. Get your tires here! Support local!
