“Jake was the gentleman who helped me at the store. I had ordered a phone almost a week and a half ago, I checked to see if it was in a couple times over that period. Jake was the representative I spoke with each time, he was very understanding and helpful. When I went to pick up the phone he also helped with all of the set up, even waiting for me to get my broken phone to download the app for transferring data. It took a while since only the bottom 1/2" was the only usable portion of the screen. I apriciate his knowledge and expertise, he made what could have been a very frustrating experience seem like a breeze. I know if I need anything else tech wise that Verizon covers I will be going back, I wish more employees of phone stores could be more like him. I'd tried this twice in Billings before coming to Dillon, and I was considering dropping my phone plan because of the experiences I'd had in Billings. If there were more than 5 stars I'd give that, Jake is a wonderful human who is the reason I'm still with this carrier.”
