Awesome little retail shop with a great selection of beef, pork, lamb and charcuterie items. Great people and service. You can even order custom / special cuts of meat from a real butcher. Love this place and really want to try their deli in Missoula.

Family operated ranch located outside of Darby, Montana. Raising Beef, Pork and Chickens in the Bitterroot valley. We process all of our own meats on site creating dry aged steaks, burger, sausage, smoked, cured and dried meats all from animals raised right on the ranch.
