“The customer service, prices, food selection, I experienced, were above and beyond the store next door, I was happy to find. Albertsons is fine, but they seemingly have a corner on the market in smaller towns, leaving people with no other choice, often providing poor produce, meat selections, exorbitant prices overall, lousy customer service (because they can, where else are you going to shop if there's no other store?), and frequently not top quality foods. Big Sky Foods was a welcome surprise, they were out of a sale item on the floor, but offered to cut a roast to my specified size AND hold it for me until I could pick it up. The gentleman who helped me at the time, was a manager, very nice man, longer hair, neatly pulled back in a braid or ponytail, with excellent manners and customer service skills. He offered to help me out to my car with my groceries even, again, much to my surprise. Very lovely store and employees, very clean and a wide selection of foods, meats and produce the other store doesn't carry. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Kudos to you, Cut Bank Big Sky Foods.”

“It was good. I am a little disappointed that Everytime I go in you are out of A2 milk though. I was able to get everything else on my list. I had to ask for assistance to get an item that was on a high shelf and way back, the person that helped was very friendly and helpful.”
