It was good. I am a little disappointed that Everytime I go in you are out of A2 milk though. I was able to get everything else on my list. I had to ask for assistance to get an item that was on a high shelf and way back, the person that helped was very friendly and helpful.

I tried to refill my inhaler and they won't do it with out a prescription it's not right they don't it's a inhaler not a narcotic they need to shut this place and it's pharmacy down they have become greedy to the point they deni us basic medicine

I read a response, but i couldn't reply back. Don't waste your time to contact with alberson customer service page. I contacted them, and they said someone at the local store would call me after i gave them my number. No one calls after a week! I decided to shop at Big Sky grocery now and then. There are too many problems when i shop at this location. Price does not match with the ad or sticker. After the truck drops off all the products, idk why they don't put the produce on the shelf for the customer to buy ? I always see them throw a way a lot of produce instead put them on the shelf . I will go back and check again if they change I will come back regularly shop but for now I recommend BIG SKY grocery next building always best or make a trip to Great Falls or Kalispell 1 time a week. I have been shopping at alberson from ND, WA to all over the state for almost 20 years, but I don't recommend this location.
Because of my health, I need to boil bean sprouts to drink every week. I always check on the shelf if they have bean sprouts available, but I seem no luck for me. The bean sprouts always look bad when I come. I tried to check with store customer service when the truck came with new produce, and I will come the same day to buy what I need.
On Fri, Aug 23, I came, but no bean sprouts. They said come on Sat after 2pm. And I came on Sat Aug 24 at 5pm to buy 3 bags bean sprouts and I waited in front of produce door for 30 min with John ( he's very young) after he run around he gave me very old bean sprouts with 1/2 weight of package compare with full pack i usually buy only $2.49 now he charged me $3.99 for each package with bell pepper price???. I told him I don't want it because you packed less weight and double price but he said OK no problem!! All produce they always have in the back, but no one wants to put on the shelf for the customer. You always see the bad , the old produce on the shelf. If you need something you have to ask them but good luck to find someone nice to help you!
At the checkout station, he ran out and said I fixed the price for $2.49, but I looked at the package, which is still 1/2 size . I told him I didn't want it. He should know he is very young he should work hard, not lazy. I left the store after back and forth 4 times a week to check bean sprouts to buy. I'm not happy. I live in Cut Bank. I shop at the local store as much as I can, but I think I should drive to Great Falls to shop .Please respect customer time.

I hate this Alberson. Special floral and groceries department. They work but they don’t use their brain. The flower look so messy when she put in a vase. I never want to pay expensive flower but look like a 5 years old work. Old vegetable never throw away even the truck just drop off the new products. They suck, liers and lazy!! A guy at customer services so rude .The meat department always look nice and all guys there work so hard and helpful. This store staff need to work harder!! They seem very lazy!!
The customer service at The Big sky grocery store is better service and fresh produce.

Food that needs to be refrigerated is being left out too long. Opened a salsa that wasn't supposed to expire for months and it was fermenting. Lots of expired food on the shelves. Produce is usually rotten/moldy. Have even bought beer that was expired. Beware, otherwise has a decent selection.
