“WOW!! I called today to get some road base for my chicken coop, and the gal I talked to on the phone was super nice, and extremely helpful. I made the order for delivery, and she said she would try to get someone to deliver it today, but all trucks were on different jobs and they were closing early for a company get together. I fully anticipated the delivery to come on Monday, but she called me back a few minutes later and said a truck would be delivering within a couple of hours.
The driver called when he was almost to my house to ask where I’d like him to put the road base. He arrived, dumped the road base exactly where I asked and was very kind as well. This was all around a great experience (and their prices are affordable!) and we will definitely be coming back.”
“My husband had a delivery in Hamilton, coming from Southern California and we needed some delivery assistance and the Merchants office team was very accommodating with the schedule, gave us tips on how to get into the town and the Merchants' moving crew was polite and helpful working to meet our delivery time.
