“My granddaughters and husband have had a dandy cold for a week. They couldn't sleep last night because of the hacking cough. Town Pump was the only store open at 10:30. I called and asked if they carry Nyquil. I was told they do. I went right down and the man that was working had 4 bottles lined up on the counter for me to look at. Different flavor and sizes. He scanned each bottle so I knew the price of each to decide which one to buy. He really seemed to care. I called Town Pump this morning to tell the manager, Mike, and he told me it was Jacob that waited on me. Kudos to Jacob for going the extra mile to help a customer. The Nyquil helped and my family slept better.”
