Staff was friendly and helpful. Showers were tidy. Across the street in a lot you can park your truck. Enjoy your shower.

Paid full price for a case of beer that was stuck and would not come out due to tightly packed shelving. Got it out and allll the cans fell out onto the floor. All dented and rolling around. After I get them back into the box the manager comes and makes sure I leave with the damaged goods. Full price! I'm a local and will pay over priced products else where than ever go back there again. Thanks MANAGER. I let you take advantage of me because I'm too nice. I could of walked out when it happened but I didn't. Stupid me.

The older gentleman handling the showers for truck drivers on 7/8 @8:13 am. Was extremely condescending and rude to the truck drivers. Go to park city or laurel TA. THEY ARE A LOT NICER.

Sit back and think of the older TA's and Pilot's that catered primarily to drivers. This place has an enormous dirt lot across the road ( next to the Super 8) that you can always find parking. But this is not a 'fleet truck lot' by that I mean you need to park with respect to other drivers. No lines and arrows. The store is older, but well stocked. It's always very busy and honestly most of the employees seem to have a chip on their shoulders all the time. The younger gentlemen that got us our shower was great though and very friendly. You will definitely meet other drivers here sprinkled about the tourists and locals. There is a lot of cold food, sandwiches, cheese, eggs and salads. Now the best part is yes, the back of the store that is intended only for professional drivers. This is reminiscent of days gone by. The lounge is tucked away with nice comfortable chairs, a huge TV, and a place to relax without people walking by. Its obviously kept clean by someone who cares. The shower was great too, plenty of hot water and good pressure, though comes and goes which doesn't lessen the quality of the shower. Everything is old here, but very clean and although it is overrun by out-of-towners and even locals, this Town Pump has not forgotten the professional driver in any way.

Sat for minuets at the deli stand and would help everyone but me. They even helped the people around me, but not me. Kept looking at me, but didn't help at all.

Stopped at midnight on a road trip and they were performing a “shift change”… said it would be 5 minutes. We waited nearly 20 min, I went back and in and they had clearly just forgotten to turn the gas pumps back on. They were rude to me as if I was my fault for asking when they, a 24 hour gas station, would start selling gas again. I don’t recommend stopping here if you can help it.

Bathroom was as clean as expected for a roadside restroom.. plenty of options for snacks, decent service. I am being fair since in this day and age times are tough and its hard to get staff. Clerk was not overly friendly but not rude.

This is my usual go to stop for gas and snacks when driving through. Unfortunately today the cashier handled cash, hacked half her lungs unto her hand, and then handled my mini tacos.Please give them some tongs or hand sanitizer to use before handling food.

I love this stop ... I wish every travel center operated this way ... A big selection of snack and meal options ... Showers and restrooms are clean ... Cashier has always been friendly ... Kudos to these folks

Don't stop here unless you want to be treated horribly by staff. I can't even begin to tell you how horrible the majority of staff is here, but one really stands out. Shoutout Shirley for always being so miserable and foul. I have no idea who hurt you in life, but I suggest finding a job outside of the public. NOBODY deserves your rudeness or cruelty. I hope you find peace and start treating people better soon.
