Dusty, Mike here with Fatboy Transport. YOU saved the day. Dusty and his staff stepped up more than you know. I was out of town and my batteries were dead. Dusty not only called me to help but brought me the batteries and made sure I didn't need anything else.

Went in just before closing Zach was working the counter. He was incredibly helpful, upbeat and positive over the whole situation. Ended up going in three different times for parts and tools. Appreciate you Zach thank you so very much!! Great service!!

We were stuck at the RV park with half opened slides and Dusty saved the day! He came by after work on his own time to deliver the oil to make sure our RV was safe and secure for the night . 5 stars isn't enough, thank you Dusty!!!

We were transporting a car on a trailer and had our straps brake on us, so we rushed to this NAPA with about 10 minutes before close to buy new ones. Dusty was the one who helped us and went far beyond what we could have hoped for. Not only made sure we had everything we needed to continue safely down the road, but even helped strap down the car himself. He has earned a loyal customer for the future. Whenever I'm nearby and I need anything NAPA gives I will go out of my way to come back to this NAPA again. Thank you, Dusty for going so far beyond and helping us come back home safe.

Dusty and Chris are the best thing since sliced bread. Even though Dusty refuses to stock parts for my 40 year old Toyotas, I still do business with him. But in all honestly, you won’t find another Napa auto parts owner that’s there every day damn near, and will take time out of his own day, even after hours to help out stranded motorist for free!

Rolled into Columbus MT just barely creeping along. I wasn't sure if it was my battery, my alternator or what. Walked into the store, explained what I was experiencing and without hesitation, the gentleman behind the counter said, "pop your hood, let's take a look and see what you have going on". I couldn't believe it. I didn't even have to ask, beg or borrow. They just did it. Come to find out my belt was shredded. They had one handy and installed it for me right there in the parking lot! Unbelievable service. I couldn't' be more grateful. There were really great people that were very knowledgeable about their auto parts. Thank you so much Napa of Columbus MT!
