This is most certainly a chick place for your wife or Gf to spend the $$$$ she found in your "for important purchases" coffee can. You know those dimes, nickels, $1 bills you squirreled away..... that you planned on using for an important purchase, like a new firearm or ammo......yeah, that "important purchases" money.
Anyway, I got my warden.........I mean my wife a book she'd like.

Horrible horrible experience. Avoid online shopping with them.
I ordered an item 3 weeks ago (+ paid for shipping);
* After I placed my order I received their generic automated email "thank you for your purchase. We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent".
* I keep checking the status of my order online and it's not moving... it just says "You'll receive an email when your order is ready".
* I have followed up 5 times!!!;
2 x by email.
3 x by phone (no answer) and left a voicemail each time.
I've heard nothing from them. Tumbleweed.
I strongly recommend avoiding ordering from them. If you do, do yourself a favor and use Amex so that you have a way to recover your money.
I logged a dispute with Amex today.

Terrible service. First time I ordered a couple things and got an email several days later that both items were no longer available. I emailed them about it and they got very smart saying "it happens"..no "sorry for the inconvenience", no apology at all. . now I get an ornament that is defective and since it was on sale, they will not give refunds. In fact, they won't even answer my email to exchange it after I've emailed them 2 times. Do not do business with this place...if I could give them less than one star I would.
Update: I just looked again at their return policy because I was going to mail it back to them with a note since they had not answered my emails. The return policy has changed. They now have an "all sales final" return policy meaning they do not have a return policy. If something is damaged they said to take a picture and they will work with the shipping company to figure out if it was damaged..in other words, they're not going to do anything, so if there is something wrong with it, you will not be able to return it. I have never seen such bogus return policies in all my life. These kind of companies are very dangerous to do business with. Anyone that does not do returns or refunds (even if the item is defective or damaged) should be treated with hesitancy and suspicion. Buyer beware.

Ordered a gift online and paid for expedited shipping because I needed it for an event. They never sent a receipt to my email. They didn’t ship it expedited. I had to track it down through my credit card. Tried to email their customer service to the email listed on their site but it is not a working email and it bounced back. I need the gift by tomorrow and only know it wasn’t shipped expedited because I got an email from UPS with the target delivery several days past the date I needed it. Their UPS only says shipped by Shopify (very unprofessional) and does not say who is shipping it. Also the UPS email indicates they had my correct email to send a proper receipt. I had to track them down once again. So far have reached no one to help me and will show up without a gift. Wasted my money and had a horrible experience. I should have read the reviews first!

UNETHICAL, RUDE, and UNCOOPERATIVE company. Worst customer service ever!!! I live in Northern CA and ordered a melamine bowl online. UPS did not deliver my package to the correct address. I never received my order. Looked around my neighbors porches, but nothing.I emailed MT Rustic Accents the day of delivery to report the missing delivery, requested a refund for an item that I never got, and advised a replacement would not arrive in time for the catering event I was doing so please do not send a replacement. They responded, no refunds, no credits period. I replied to their email how they could not charge a customer for an item that was never received. Now you cannot charge a customer for something they never received right. Told them they should be filing a claim with UPS. They told me it was out of their hands and refused to do anything.I responded to there follow up reply email and told them they needed to file a claim with UPS again and it was their responsibility, again no luck with these jerks.I waited to see if UPS might find my package and called UPS 9 days later. I spoke to the head of their Claims Department who told me the merchant was responsible for filing a claim with them, not the customer, which I tried to do, apparently since the merchant is who contracted and paid UPS for delivery services is the responsible party for filing the claim. Makes sense right? UPS checked their scan records of where the carrier scanned the delivery and it was at a totally different location not near my home. Driver was a substitute that Saturday, and has not responded to requests of exactly where he left my package. UPS told me that the merchant paid an extra $40 Insurance for the delivery. So why wouldn't they help their customer out. UPS states how only the merchant can file the claim since they contracted with UPS, they are who UPS will refund, and then the merchant can refund me.With all this in mind, I decided to call MT Rustic Accents, they answered and were so rude, they kept interrupting me, wouldn't listen to what I was trying to relay from UPS, and hung up on me.I called back to leave a message to tell them they needed to file a UPS claim, and to give them the contact information to the UPS head claims processor for an explanation of the process and to answer any questions. I relayed that I'd be sending an email with all the details.Then I composed an email with detailed information, the contact information, another request for refund with the ultimatum of "you have 48 hours to file the UPS claim, or I will dispute charges with my credit card company which will immediately reverse charges".Don't do business with these people, UPS acknowledges my attempted claim, that they misdelivered, but informs me the merchant has to initiate the claim, not the customer before there can be a resolution. It all makes sense to me now. UPS was helpful they took a screenshot of the scanned GPS delivery details and texted it to me. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH NASTY, UNETHICAL, RUDE COMPANY LIKE MONTANA RUSTIC ACCENTS. They are dishonest and have no clue how to run a company without cheating customers.

Buyer beware is right. They leave items on their website that they no longer have. When you place an online order you get no email confirmation. It took 5 weeks to receive the order, which had 1 item missing. That wasn't even acknowledged. When asked about it they told me that 'It probably sold at the store.'. They promised to order another door mat from the vender but never did and never followed up. I placed another order recently over the phone and asked if they could check their inventory to make sure they had the items before I placed the order. I was told yes. I was told the first credit card I gave them was declined, which I knew was false. I gave them another credit card number and you guessed it - both cards were charged. Also the same scenario is happening again with one item missing. This time I checked with the vender and they told me they discontinued the pillow I ordered in mid 2021. When I asked them why the pillow wasn't included in the order I got stonewalled. Told they were 'busy with other customers and orders.'. I'm busy too. I also don't appreciate them putting new orders ahead of dealing with mine. The simple fact is they didn't have the item and didn't want to be caught in a lie so the owner blamed me in a very harsh manner and cancelled the order. This nasty, vindictive owner Wendi Wetzel will surely run her business into the ground and I can't wait to see it happen. Pay employees more if you're short staffed instead of taking it out on your customers you cheap, cheating shrew.

The store is always full of new and exciting inventory and the displays are constantly changing. It is fun to walk through and discover something new every time! Love everything about it and the service. I was told there is a website as well and now can't stay offline!

BUYER BEWARE: Anything you buy from Montana Rustic Accents on there web site, be sure to read the POLICY PAGE FIRST. They have items, cloths etc on sale, also offer % off on the items. I am sure to clean out their stock. Those items are a FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE. Even though the website, product page or check out does NOT state final sale/clearance. You have no idea unless you read the policy page first that there is no refund or anything.. They will do NOTHING ABOUT IT. I just wasted my money on a blouse. On the flip side, the women shelter will get a new blouse with tags and all. I bought the blouse true to my size, but it is too small. Called the store and the owner could care less. Her opinion was you should have read the policy page before buying. How many people read the policy page on a USA store? Their return policy you must contact Montana Rustic Accents within 24hrs of receipt of merchandiseby email. You are to email them to get an RA#. The email address:
[email protected] from the web site page is NOT customer service and they do not answer you. I was told it's not the right email address even though it is on their web page, not customer service for returns. If you do not follow up with a phone call, you will be out of luck on a return/refund. Like I said BUYER BEWARE I have unsubscribed from their web site, I feel they are not being honest to the customer by not posting ALL SALES FINAL on the items that are not returnable.

I ordered a jumpsuit from this store many weeks back which I have yet to receive. Apparently, they mispriced it on the website and became aware of it only when I inquired about when it would be delivered. They had the jumpsuit listed and charged my credit card the price listed on their website which was $100 less than what they meant to list it for. Once they became aware of that, they keep telling me that they have not received the jumpsuit from the company. I find it all very hard to believe because many other stores carry the same jumpsuit. Yes, they have offered me a refund, but I believe they are doing this only to save them self from having to give me the jumpsuit at the price that they already charged me and the price that was listed on their website.Update: They refunded the order, rather than send the jumpsuit at the promised price. I believe that was the intention all along. Why list an item that you do not have? Bad business practice as others have attested to. I really wanted the jumpsuit at the promised price, and what they wanted was to not send it at the promised price. Being a small business has nothing to do with this!

Please beware of this company. They are extremely fraudulent. Do not order from them expecting free shipping as advertised. They will attempt to get in touch with you to get more money for the order.
