Every month they say I haven't paid on time. When they have my card on file for the purpose of being able to automatically charge and pay my fee.Well every time I go my code won't work and I have to try to call and get a person and they both are just rude. Not to long ago I get a call saying that someone broke into my unit. Nothing really ever was done I lost a significant amount of items. One thing got returned and that was the end.my unit ransacked in your secure storage unit facility and I no longer feel safe putting anything I value into that unit. I will be moving to a different storage facility.They are rude and rarely answering the phone and when they do answer its a Very unprofessional attitude especially when I was trying to ask why my card that they use got double charged every month. No answe. Very Sketchy. It's not a good place at all. Don't go there.

Its nice in summer and freezing in yhe winter. Ya don wanna be there after dark, its creepy and thats when the thefts come out to plsy in black suits and its when the cops in invisible close are in the next shed peeking on any one still there after dark . And it could be amazing place at the right time i have seen space ships and gients and the spirit's are all around us every where we go.
