I recently purchased a phone from Kate at the Kalispell Verizon store. Kate was very knowledgeable about the product, helping me determine which phone would be best for me. By the time I left the store, I felt very good about my purchase.

Had to go back next day because the person helping us didn’t know how to do things. Told us price for phone but neglected to mention they charge $40 for “activation” which took all of 30 seconds on the computer. I would not recommend this Verizon store.

Dear Verizon, sorry this has taken me so long to write, but totally necessary. I walked into the Columbia Falls Verizon store a couple days after Christmas to get a new phone. Because where I live, I couldn't come back at a better time. Jen Sams was AMAZING, she was extremely friendly and swamped with 4 other customers. I highly appreciate Jen ❤️ sincerely Roze Hearn

I don’t write bad reviews, however, today I scheduled an appointment for 7 pm; which is an hour before the posted closing time —had it CONFIRMED— and when I arrived the doors were locked, and the employee working said they close at that time and don’t have a way to change the 7:00 pm appointment setting on the website. And it still shows up that the location is open until 8 online. I’m extremely frustrated and will not be going back.

Jen is the best!! I came in with a conundrum of a new phone that stopped working altogether, and she went above and beyond with helping me— she explained every process clearly and made sure everything was amended. Her care, understanding, and patience for each & every customer is apparent. 10/10 for Jen!

I recently visited the Verizon store located in Columbia Falls, MT… I came in due to a billing issue & I was immediately greeted by a rep named Jen. She was helping another customer at the time, but assured me I’d be serviced as soon as she was available. Upon meeting Jen I was struck by her charisma & ability to interact with her customers. I explained my situation & she knew the exact and correct course of action to take. After some time on the phone with corporate, she was able to ensure my new payment method was online, and all was good. My interaction with Jen not only restored my faith in the customer service industry, but even more with Verizon as a company who cares about their customers. Thank you, Jen… you made my snowy day, sunny. To whom ever may read this, please know how much of an asset Jen truly is.
