I generally get great service here but a little frustrated to drive up town because their Google page shows they are open however they are closed! This has happened to me twice now. Will definitely call before I head their way next time! Don't trust the hours on Google!

Been with them for 7 years and loved them until recently. Packages keep disappearing. Or show arrived and can’t be found for days or weeks. If ever. When I get them the UPS label shows they were delivered the day I got confirmation. But we’re not available for me when I went to pick up, sometime on multiple trips. I frequently get sent home with others mail lately. I also went in one day trying to get a package that showed delivered. I waited my turn in line, when I asked he told me my husband already picked up. I told him the package arrived after that. He rudely told me I’ll have to wait and proceeded to help two customers that came in after me. When he began to help the third I spoke up. All customers agreed I was there first and he should help me. He reluctantly went in search. I’ve always received kind professional service until recently. Very dissatisfied. We’re off grid up the canyon and my mail options are limited.

I’ve never personally had a bad experience here, although I only ever drop off packages that I’ve already labeled at home, so my interactions are limited. The guy working there seems nice. The hours listed on Google are NOT accurate. They are closed Sundays. I’ve included a photo of the placard.

Bailey and Mac deserve some mad props! I’m at this UPS location often and every time I’m here, I see Bailey or Mac working hard juggling 5 things at once while individually taking care of their customers. 5-Star service at this location, I’m always SO thankful!

Every question I asked the customer representative regarding renting a new box, what the services they provide was met with a "not my problem/I don't care attitude/don't bother me attitude. " He stated that "they did not have time and that they do not want to learn how to do these services mentioned on the website or provided by other UPS stores/the woman who has owned it for decades doesn't careabou these things." Upon leaving the store I realized that I did not receive a key for the box nor a copy of the paperwork. I came back in the CSR was very polite to the lady mailing a package with smiles. That ended when he saw me. I asked him for a key to the box along with something with the address and my copy of the contract. Once again I was greeted with attitude, I wast told that" they did not give out copies of what I signed and that they probably did not have a key for the box because when they bought the store the prior owners did not give them keys or they were never turned in". (Potential legal issues there ? ) I really wated to do business here but I will find another way to get my mail. So sad to see what Montana has turned into after coming home.

Disclaimer:They did not tell me their prices and I should have asked before proceeding. I previously thought: "how much can copies cost?" ...no big deal, right?!• I ended up being charged .78 cents a sheet plus a staple fee and paid almost $100 for 8 minutes of work, to simply make copies. ?• Please consider using FedEx Kinko's in Kallispel! They told me over the phone that the same 8 minute job would have been $36.40. THAT IS A SAVINGS OF $61.60! Well worth the 15 minute drive to Kallispel.• This UPS store in Super 1 Foods, Columbia Falls was almost 60% higher in cost.• I calmly and respectfully mentioned that every business has the right to charge what they would like to and asked if the owner was aware of the .78 cent per copy. The young lady said that she was the owner, she was short in temper and rude throughout the transaction.• Please, please ask about their pricing if you go there so that this doesn't unexpectedly happen to you. We all work hard for our money. For your benefit, please consider going elsewhere. We have the right to shop intelligently and to save where we can.

I have picked up packages from UPS stores across the country. I have never been charged to receive a package. I am grateful to have this as an option while traveling and I've actually wondered if the UPS stores should charge a dollar or something for thier time, but $5 to receive a an envelope seems high.

Open hours on Google are wrong (they are closed on Sunday). The phone rings only 3 times before going to voicemail and the voicemail message provides no useful information.
