Manager needs fired. Store is a mess constantly. Cashier's are rude. I keep asking for my digital coupons to be checked and they constantly miss them. I give them paper coupons and they don't mark item down. I have repeatedly said something to management over and over again. So tired of the way they run this store. Been shopping here for over 30 years.

I want the old Smiths back. More isles have made it super congested. With the influx of people in our area, going to Smith’s anymore gives me the feeling of walls closing in on me. On top of people congestion, the place has turned into a Dog Park. It’s unfair to the people that suffer from pet allergies and is beyond unsanitary to have animals coming from who knows where and being around exposed food ?The staff are great. Especially Mr. Hoffman the produce manager, he’s always very friendly, professional and helpful. I’d rather give my hard earned money towards Smiths but 9 times out of 10 anymore I drive to the other side of town to super one. The place is easier to navigate and it doesn’t seem like walking through Flathead county animal shelter

Bought one of their half of rack of ribs ate it at lunch time 3 hours later I was violently sick food poisoning no doubt in my mind

I have been a customer at Smith's in Columbia Falls for 11 years. Unfortunately it is no longer my go-to choice. The store has drastically degraded in recent years. The aisles are congested and difficult to maneuver through with aisle displays and are often completely blocked with stock. Montana made products such as Alpine Touch and Kalispell Kremery are no longer available. The store entryway is uninviting and dirty with stacked wood and salt pellets. In fact, the entire store is in disrepair and dirty. On a positive note, the employees are always friendly and helpful. I would so love to see improvement in this store.

Smith's has the BEST bagels ever! Every time we go in we buy fresh bagels! The jalapeno cheddar are our favorites, but they are all delicious! We have had bagels from NYC, San Francisco and in Europe, but THESE in CFalls Montana are our favorite! ?Who knew?!? ??♀️

If I could give this place a zero Stars I would don't even waste your time just go to super ones or anywhere else the employees and management here are super rude and do not care about their customers they're all about money. ( I have traveled to many states and never have I been to a grocery store I was this disgusted with)

We stopped in here on 10/04/2023 for some food to take back to our hotel after a day of driving through Glacier National Park. It has alot of your basics, plus some personal care items. Prices were probably a $1 or $2 higher what we'd perfer, but they did have a decent selcetion of prepared food, which was nice.
