Excellent pharmacy, quick, caring, and exact customer service which is what I look for in a small town pharmacy.

I tried placing an online grocery order here so we could have our food ready to go as we swung by on our way up to where we're staying in Coram for the week. The Smith's website let me go through all the steps of placing an order and then gave me an error multiple times upon trying to check out. I called Kroger Customer Support and they were also unable to help. After many failed attempts to place the online order, we ended up just going in a trying to shop in person as quickly as possible. Prices were reasonable. The store was organized and clean. The staff that greeted us, checked us out, and helped us bag we're all very friendly. A number of items we were hoping to pick up in order to use the Smith's e-coupons were not in stock, so we did have to pick pricier alternatives that did not qualify for the coupons.

I spoke to a man on the phone earlier who was extremely rude and un helpful. Will not be using this pharmacy again, extremely disappointed in the service. Wasn't even able to transfer me or give me any helpful alternatives. The customer service is bottom of the barrel.

Sheyanne and her pharmacist counterpart were not helpful at all. He actually never even acknowledged me. They said our insurance and all the people with our insurance wasn’t working and nothing could be done. I heard them talking like it’s been a known issue. Get it fixed. Seriously, I’m calling every day until it does.

Smith’s Pharmacy does not accept funds from the federal government, thus charging disabled veterans full price for prescription medications that they are supposed to receive at no cost.

We came in here for some essential snacks for a long day in the far away Glacier NP where snacks and restaurants are hard to come by on the notorious Going to the Sun road. We went to the deli and had some sandwiches made fresh - and were easily able to get some snacks and other items to get us through. We did not find bear spray but the friendly people inside pointed us to the right place to go to get it for significantly less than at the park.

I have a powerful and storied love/hate relationship with Kroger and its subsidiaries. In fact, I am often tempted to declare a permanent intifada against Kroger. But, I gotta say, this Smith's store has some great people. I honestly feel sorry for the hardworking honest folks who keep this place afloat, despite not only supply-chain and related issues, but with the weight of a bloated, good-for-nothing corporate infrastructure sitting on top of them. I had to write this review just to say how amazing the self-checkout lady was yesterday. It was a complete cluster**** and she really stayed poised. This time of year the locals in this area are cranky, grumpy, generally unwashed, and nasty. A lot of bi-polar alcoholics live in this little mountain town, and while I do enjoy the scenery when I have to come here for work, I don't hold my breath waiting for a warm greeting from the hard-bitten, work-a-day townies. Those are the types of people that love to take their frustration out on grocery store employees. You can see them everywhere, but there's a high rate of them in the Flathead Valley. So good job to the Smith's employees that, despite so many reasons not to, still give a sh*t.

Loved the prices and I really appreciated that all employees were wearing masks (even though the customers weren't.) My friends and I were able to find everything we needed for our week long trip whether it was food items or miscellaneous toiletries - they even had bath bombs which we thought of buying somewhere on a complete whim! The only thing I wish they provided was apple pay as a payment option, especially during a pandemic.
