This place is amazing!! We had intended to come back after our first visit and stock up on more meat but our hike went too late and we were devastated because let me tell you the quality is amazing!! And you cannot beat the price.

Bbq'd for 10 people with the meat we sourced from this butcher. Unbelievable variety. Perfect cuts. Great shop. I wish this style of business operated everywhere. Highly recommended.

Visiting from North Carolina and stopped by here to pick up some local meats. Such a great variety, got ground buffalo and their fajita tri tip. Both were amazing!! Used the ground buffalo in a pasta meat sauce and the tri tip with rice and veggies. Definitely recommend this local place to anyone visiting the area. Would love to have a place like this back home.
