Used their Towing Service to have a battery replaced in my Jeep at the RV Resort. He was so professional, yet enjoyed a conversation as he worked. The bill was very reasonable since he had to drive to us, take out the battery for a core, drive to NAPA to get a new one, drive back to replace the battery. Thanks

I think the younger guy who works behind the counters name is Trenton... Anyways, whoever he is... he has great customer service skills. He's kind, respectful & helpful. My van went in for repair and it was a super easy, smooth process. The interior of my vehicle was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Like... spotless. They really do take pride in their work. The paint looks perfect & I couldn't be happier. If u need body work, repairs or paint... come here. You'll be super glad you didn't go elsewhere because they warranty their work & it'll look like brand new again!

My experience with OHS of Columbia Falls could not have been better. The honesty and integrity by the staff who explained in detail the options I had in making the repairs created a comfort level I made the right choice coming to OHS. The customer service was excellent along with the repairs that made the vehicle look like new. I received frequent updates as the repairs progressed which were very helpful. The repairs were completed as promised .
I dealt with Josh who is a real credit to OHS. My highest recommendation to this quality business.

Oh's Body Shop in Columbia Falls is the height of professionalism. Their work and attitude toward complicated repairs speaks of their knowledge, skill and abilities.
The cost of todays cars and trucks make it ever more essential that any repairs done are at the highest level of competence and caring.
Anyone who has ever had disappointing experiences with other shops will be amazed at how good this team is.
I highly recommend Oh's for anyone who is in need of some body work for their vehicle.

Working with these guys is nothing short of an exceptional experience. There’s other shops that can do quality work, but there isn’t another shop in the valley that has the customer service and integrity of the OHS team. 10/10 would recommend OH’s body shop in Columbia Falls. Extremely professional and great to work with. I got text updates as they progressed on my truck and always kept me in the loop. They did fantastic work and even detailed the inside of my vehicle which was completely unexpected. I went to OH’s in Columbia Falls because I heard so many good things from other people and I’m glad I did.
