I've taken 3 vehicles here for new tire and wheels in the last few years, and. they've always been very prompt and communicative throughout the process. Will definitely keep coming back.

Just stopped in this morning to have my snow tires changed during a storm. They had me in and out within 20 minutes, and even shoveled around my car as I walked out so that I didn't have to walk through the snow! Incredibly friendly, quick, and amazing service!

I understand this is their crazy time, however, I was in there for 6 hours to have my studs put on. That was fine. I get it. My tires need to be rebalanced. I cannot even get them to answer the phone. Like I said when I was there for 6 hours that one day, the office people did not have but maybe 3 calls to answer per hour. Why can't they take my call?

The Les Schwab establishment in Columbia Falls stands out as one of the busiest hubs I've encountered in the Pacific Northwest. Notably, it was the first to introduce a coffee machine with the delightful capability to brew mochas and cappuccinos, adding a pleasant touch to a customers time while waiting.Upon entry, the appearance was undoubtedly appealing – a clean and well-maintained setting that offered ample seating options for those awaiting their service. It's clear that the management values not just the efficiency of their operations but also the comfort of their patrons. My initial interaction was centered around an online booking, a service convenience that they offered. However, this is where my experience encountered some notable hiccups. The online booking process failed to fully secure my reservation during my first attempt. As a result, when I arrived, I found that no reservation was in place, leading to a less-than-ideal customer service encounter. Despite this setback, I explained the situation and inquired if I could schedule a reservation on-site. Regrettably, I was met with a somewhat dismissive response: "There's no availability until December." This response was disheartening, to say the least.Subsequently, I walked back to my vehicle and initiated a troubleshooting process to identify what had gone wrong with my initial reservation. To my dismay, I was forced to restart the online reservation process entirely. During this second attempt, I needed to provide details about my vehicle model, make, and confirm the tire size. Fortunately, my vehicle being stock made this step straightforward using their website. However, when I reached the option to schedule a time, I was surprised to find that there were open slots available for the following day. This contrasted sharply with the staff's previous claim of no availability until December, leaving me perplexed.Upon arriving at my rescheduled time, I encountered an unexpected hiccup. The staff questioned me about my vehicle's make, model, and tire size, which had already been confirmed through their online scheduling system. This occurred while I was in line, and I was even asked to personally locate my tire size. This request seemed counterintuitive, as I was standing in front of a professional with access to the same information they rely on in their systems. To illustrate, it felt akin to visiting an auto parts store and being required to research and provide your own spark plug requirements before they would sell you the appropriate part.To their credit, the actual work on my vehicle was executed in a timely and efficient manner. However, as a customer with a three-decade history of engaging with Les Schwab services, this particular experience fell short of the expectations that had been set by my previous interactions, some as recent as March of the same year.It is conceivable that the establishment was encountering a particularly challenging day, perhaps overwhelmed by their workload. While it's challenging to definitively pinpoint the cause, this encounter left me with reservations about returning, at least to this specific location.

Have used these guys for years. Bought my last winters from them and am about to spend another 1500-2000$ on new tires for my truck. Brought my RAV in at 8AM for walk-in change over. Was informed rather abruptly they were already full for the day at 8:07AM. That’s completely understandable! I then asked if it mattered that I am a long time customer and about to drop another huge chunk of money on tires for my other vehicle, and the guy at the counter just completely ignored me. I will not ever be buying from those guys again and will just be going to Toyota for all my future tire needs. They know how to treat customers there.

What a great experience at the Columbia Falls store. We were helped by the Assistant Manager Dustin. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have been to many tire shops trying to find why our tire would slowly lose air. Dustin found a small nail, and had us fixed up in record time. When it came time to pay, he told us "no charge." We will definitely be doing all of our future tire and wheel needs at Les Schwab, with Dustin!

Popped a tire in a rental on Camas last night, only had one day planned in town for Glacier... got to the shop at 8:30 this morning, and am now on route to the park at 9:30 with a patched tire - no charge for the repair! Thank you for the quick and friendly service, and saving my Glacier trip!

These guys were fantastic. We got a flat tire the day before our wedding, and was worried when we pulled in since all the bays were filled up with not much time before closing but they managed to squeeze us in and get a new tire (old one was non-repairable) for us at a reasonable cost! Staff was very friendly and did everything to help, good people.
