stopped in for a quote on doing my 2021 taxes . called week later to make an appointment. the receptionist asked me numerous questions, i told her that they were simple tax returns and i already had a quote. she said she may have to schedule me to the kalispell office. i told her if i wanted kalispell office i would have called them. she got a little mad at me and said maby they were not the co. to do my taxes. i agreed and went down the street, had meeting and done that day.

2 years in a row that I dropped off my tax papers and waited 16 days, me calling to find out information about where in completing taxes. No phone call even after call rep saying someone will call me no communication until I drove down to the hrblock office. To find out not done yet. I paid full price 2 years in a row for zero empathy and zero commitment to just get the job done. 15 year customer probably not ever again. No one has ever asked about my son's disability either. With downsyndrome there is a specific tax code for negative chromosomes when it comes to people with downsyndrome. But never in 15 years was ask. So I started learning specifically about downsyndrome children and which ones qualify for special tax benefits. But no one cared to ask. Will be looking into to see if I am owed any money's for this reason.
