Upon arriving at CJ's Storage to unload a full vehicle, I encountered a huge snow build-up that completely impeded my access to my storage unit. When I contacted the front desk for assistance, I was met with a lack of solutions or any care at all to help me. The explanation given was that the plows had been working, and the drifts were challenging. As a paying customer, I find it completely unacceptable that there isn’t ANY action being taken to address the issue, especially considering the recent increase in monthly rates!! The responsibility for the maintenance of the exterior of the storage units lies with the OWNERS, not paying customers. I’m extremely disappointed with the dismissiveness and lack of customer-centric service. Implementing a notification system or utilizing the website to inform customers about inaccessible storage units would not only demonstrate a commitment to CUSTOMER SATISFACTION but also allow us to plan accordingly next time.

I WOULD NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS. They do not maintain the storage unit facility. Snow removal is minimal. I had HEAVY snow half way up my storage unit as their plows push the snow to the side of the units and then leave them there. Called the front desk to see if we would be shoveled out and was met with someone who could care less. Apparently they expect their PAYING customers to not only shovel themselves out after their plow plowed them in, but also provide a shovel for themselves. SO if you unknowingly show up with a carload of stuff to put in your storage unit and are met with HEAVY snow half of way up your unit they have no answer or shovel for you. THIS IS WEEKS after a storm… Storage units make a lot of money, its apart of the business model… One of the only things you must provide is maintenance and CJS storage has failed to do that and does not care to either. VIDEO ATTACHED (small shovel is what I had in my car) SNOW IS ALMOST TO MY LOCK

Awful do not put your belongings here. The manager is mean and cruel. An he says the owner will not speak to customers even if requested that he does not speak to the public anymore. Very hard to get in touch with. Beware

CJ’s Storage is one of the most professional businesses I’ve discovered in Flathead County. No question is too d****** no circumstance is overlooked. They are truly trying to fit you in the best unit for your needs. Their heated units are built to perfection to protect all your fragile’s. I am allergic to mold so I was hesitant in the very beginning to use any kind of storage and I can honestly say I’ve NEVER had any problems. Whatever your need...motorhomes, furniture, seasonal stuff, ski equipment kayaks, Christmas presents, etc. You name it they can store it for you!! But most of all it’s their kindness and their professionalism that is absolutely top-notch!! COMPLETE pleasure doing business with!!

Hello I rent a storage unit out of CJs storage and I saw your manager, Jared, having relations with another guy in the lobby. I don't mind gay guys but having relations with anyone where other people can see you is super unprofessional. It makes me want to change storage units.
