I wanted our stay to work out but it simply did not. We followed all rules and instructions (there’s a lot) stopped at all their stop signs, checked -in before proceeding, etc.,. In return, we know where near received the same treatment. When we arrived at our site (AFTER checking in), one of the employees/owners came speeding up to us in her side by side and immediately started yelling at us. It was incredibly unprofessional. SHE had made a mistake thinking we hadn’t checked in. Even after showing her our receipt you’d think she’d calm down but she didn’t. She continued yelling, yelling about the speed around the campground, how we needed to pick up after ourselves (although I counted six cigarette butt’s throughout our camp). She even brought up how we weren’t from MT even though we are. We live 100 miles away and we frequent Missoula for concerts. We were excited to have found a spot to stay so we don’t have to make a late night trip home. Unfortunately we won’t be staying again, it’s not worth the absolute rudeness and unprofessionalism of that vile woman. It’s their loss of a reliable, repeat customer.

Wife and I came with our dachshund to Montana 0n a whim. We pulled our 35 ft. fithwheel from Washington with no reservations. We happened to see a trailer sign in Turah off of I 90 around 5:30 pm, we took a chance when we arrived, and they were closed. However, they have a post saying after hours pull in and fill out a form, and settle up in the next morning. We were lucky to meet the owner, Kathy, who lives on site and opened up and helped us get settled.Their is a full hookup, camping, restrooms with showers, laundry, and even nice little store witch made for a great time. There are trains running during the night, but it didn't bother us any!Best time ever, We will be coming back for sure!

Incredibly rude workers, literally shouted and yelled at us because they made a mistake by thinking we did not pay for our campsite. Even after showing our receipt the women continued to be very rude and aggressive and even accused us of " not being from Montana" which all of us were. Such a disappointment because we live 100 miles away and we like to frequent concerts without having to make a late night drive home. We were excited to have found a spot to stay close to the venue; we will not be staying here again and they will miss out on reliable, repeatable business. Do better!

Stayed at the RV Park for a few nights, it is a has been RV Park that has turned into a residence park with a few empty spaces which they have for travelers. The vending machines have cookies and other items from 2003, so you can see how well the owners look after things. The store has everything you will need if you are a resident, but not if you are a traveler (very little if you are a traveler) and most of the items are old.Make sure you stop at her stop sign or she will chase you down and yell at you. Heck, I stopped and she chased me down at yelled at me because she did a California stop.... Yup, I stopped completely and then continued but since I am from California it wasn't a stop...The 2 dumpsters were overflowing with trash on the ground, one resident is building flower boxes and stairs for his income to pay his monthly rent. The laundry is not ventilated but read the sign and don't open the window or you will get yelled at. Our daughter lives in Missoula and we will be going to see her again, but we won't be staying at this location, because when our daughter went to check in at the office to say she was visiting us, the lady want going to let her into the park to park her car behind our rig and car (there was plenty of room.If you are looking for a place and this is the last place to stay at, keep moving as there has to be something better down the road.I can't give it 0 stars or I would.

Me and my boyfriend were making plans to move into a permanent RV spot. The lady was super paranoid thinking everyone is out get her. She was very rude and unprofessional. She acted like we were suspicious because we called in advance for her to meet us and put down the deposit. Who in their right mind acts like that for putting down money in advance. She apparently was having a meth problem up there. Then acted like we were the suspicious ones?! Don't trust the lady who runs it, she'll simply pulll out last minute because of her own paranoia. Don't own a place if you can't handle it

I wish I could leave more stars! We have three small children and this park was so wonderful to stay at for a few weeks. The park is beautiful and well maintained! It feels more like a close community than an RV park. Everyone is kind and there’s I river access across the street and the office has a store for necessities. The sites are also extremely spacious. I hope we get to stay here again!

We stayed two nights, grounds were clean, people friendly and everyone stayed to themselves. Women at the office was easy to work with, very professional. A few little dogs ran around but never approached us or our dog. The female pit just fell at our feet and requested belly rubs.

it's a nice rv park sure, but if you plan on staying longterm, or even long enough to take a couple showers I would not recommend, I have my hair colored (the color can run but every time I'm done I scrub what I can from the showers) and even though I'm paying $1400 a monthmy family gets scolded for the shower being pinkwhile I can understand this being a inconvenience I also feel like there should be professionals cleaners come atleast once a week so this shouldn't necessarily be a issue.Anywho I paid this much staying in a hotel prior where I was allowed and able to shower without feeling uncomfortable.

Made reservations 3 months in advance. Called 4 weeks in advance to confirm for 2 families. Got here and they cancelled one of our reservations and had no resolution for us. Like it was our fault they cancelled it. Can hear freeway and train noise. Camp itself is dated but nice. Owners have dogs that run around off leash and bark at everything but your dog must be kept on leash. Won’t be back due to customer service. Wish I had read reviews here prior to showing up.

Just super rude people. Literally didn’t even want us to make a reservation & tried to hang up on us. Park is adequate but upon making reservations and arriving the woman running the place was a witch. Store hours are inaccurate. Just get prepared to be annoyed and disrespected.

They allow people to live there and the crazy guy in the grn van made our trip miserable. Will not be going back there. Beautiful but don't waste your time with the crazies.

The grounds are pretty and the facilities are nice at this campground, however the owner/management really taints the experience. Unfortunately Kathy at the front desk is unkind and dishonest. Upon arriving to the campsite we had reserved two months in advance, there was another party at the site and we quickly realized that it had been overbooked without notice to either of us, or compensating for the mistake. We agreed with the other party to squeeze into the same site since we had both paid to be there. Then when we were leaving at the end of the weekend Kathy tracked us down and angrily told us that we had more than 4 people in our site and needed to pay the difference. Even though we had exactly 4 people in the site (not including the other party), she refused to listen. Her method of communication is aggressive without room for understanding. Overall I do not recommend staying at Turah RV Park unless management changes hands or Kathy learns to be kind.

This place was a good deal for the price. It is quiet and out of the way. The staff were pleasant enough to deal with, though the question at check in about number of kids under seven seemed a bit odd. It was kept clean. It could use a little more upkeep - fresh sanding/paint on the picnic tables, replace rotting landscaping timbers, etc.
