Phone communication ahead of time was great, and the on-site service was quick and efficient. We've always had to jump our bus to start it, and as we were doing this to leave Misha came over for a look. He said "I can fix that", got some tools and made a few adjustments to our battery connections. Boom, problem solved -- we haven't had to jump the bus since. If that isn't exceptional customer service I don't know what is.”
