Stopped by this gym when visiting a good friend in town who happens to be a member. I will keep him anonymous for his own good, but will say I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Montana City Fitness. It was not crowded at all. I had to share the gym with just one other person (my friend who I was visiting)! It was very clean and had practically all the equipment you could need to get massive gains. If you're not a member, hurry and sign up before this secret oasis is found by the people of Helena. By the way, there is an entirely separate yoga room that hits different. Love this place and can't wait to return!
