Josh recently handled all the arrangements for when my father passed away. We were so pleased with our experience! Josh was professional, kind, compassionate and extremely helpful! Our History Of Service Frontier Funeral Home, which holds a special place in the hearts of many in Choteau, has a rich history dating back to 1929. The business was founded by Charles Roberts, who operated it until his passing in 1939. G.L. "Larry" Banks took over the funeral home, operating it from its original location until 1958 when he constructed a new facility that still stands to this day. After Banks' tragic passing in 1979, Homer Gorder assumed ownership and renamed it the Gorder Funeral Home.
