Zip Trip Exxon on Park Street is a standout for its great location and easy access. It’s a favorite stop for many, including myself, because it’s perfectly situated for a quick in-and-out when you’re on the go.While it’s a great spot with friendly service, there’s one small hitch – they don’t stock Montego cigarettes. I find this a bit inconvenient. It’s a popular choice among smokers here, and having them available would make Zip Trip Exxon the ultimate pit-stop.So, here’s hoping they’ll consider stocking Montegos soon? Until then, it remains a top-notch location for fueling up both your car and yourself

Today I went into my neighborhood ZipTrip to get a few things. I took along my service animal which is a ferret I had in a BIG BAG. I was told to immediately to leave the store and that they "serve food here". 1. You cannot refuse service to someone with a service animal. It's illegal and against the ADA. 2. They don't require masks even though the CDC recommends it. What about COVID contaminated "food we serve"? It's contradictory that my little ferret in a bag was a bigger threat. Sucks because this store is a block away and I've been going there for 6 years. The 2 imbeciles working should be fired or at least take more training. 3. They can't keep employees (look who they hire) and the place is constantly slammed because of it. A lose/lose situation because of all this.

I don't know if anything can be done about this but my mother (Margaret Ellen Haugen) has type 2 diabetes and she is one of your regular customers altho she hasn't been able to make it there very often lately but when she does she tends to buy ice cream and candybars which she cannot have because it put her in the hospital for a couple of weeks a couple of months ago over a diabetic seizure and kidney failure. If someone could see to it that she is denied these items somehow per her daughter's request I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

You don't go to a convenience store for the customer service, but you do leave a 5 star review for it. The employees here are consistently helpful and courteous.
