Completely despise this Bank. Been a member for 20yrs and they put a 7 day hold on my money. This bank and everyone who works for them are trash.

The customer service is awful. Was left on hold for an hour and a half by customer service. Then went to the branch to close my account and was told to take a seat and I'd be helped shortly. I sat at the branch for an hour without help

My son and I are on our way to drop him off for his freshman year of college. We meant to go into the Wells Fargo in our hometown of Bend Or yesterday before we left town to get him a bank account at a bank with branches in Bend and Bozeman. We decided to stay the night in Butte and randomly stopped in to the Wells Fargo in Butte. Unfortunately, I never set my watch back so I thought we had and hour and a half to get him squared away, but we only had 40 minutes until close. We were greeted by a young banker named Tara who asked us if we had an appointment (which we did not), she said "I am with a client and will do everything I can to get us in before close"Well, she did, and they all stayed a few minutes late and they all just kept smiling. The service and experience was exceptional but Tara was the bright spot in an 18 year old kids trip to college. He doesn't say much, but today he said when we left "Dad, she was really awesome" which coming from the kid who doesn't say much, is a BIG deal.And I would agree.... Best bank experience I've ever had.Thank you Tara, your kindness and customer service made a very nervous and anxious 18 year old kid smile today.

Best banking team #EVER. Literally every employee from the moment I walked in greeted me with a smile (at least their voices sounded smiley; we were in masks?). Every person I went to was SUPER helpful, even the people who couldn't help me. They didn't just wave me over to the next person; they walked over themselves to make sure the next person was available before they sent me. Then they helped me through a wire transfer kindly and patiently, even though I had no idea what I was doing. A+++ for customer service!

Very poor service, absolutely terrible when you go to a bank told you need a appointment. Was told to come back at a time waited to get in and then told to come back next week. Pretty sorry this bank can’t hire enough help to take care of its customers. There were six customers that came to the door to do in bank banking that were upset and had to drive off. I will be moving all my accounts at Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo scammed me (A Navy Vet), out of $700 when I had an account with them. I setup a basic free account and they switched it to an account that got charged without any notification or without me even knowing. Never was able to get my money back.Edit: It was opened at this location.
