I sent like 15 heavy cases of equipment to this facility and they held for me until I arrived a few days later. They were very helpful in loading the cases onto carts and helping unload them into our vehicles. Employees were friendly and professional.
The only downside to this facility is that it is an active truck loading zone so it was a little hectic getting in and loading up, but that is to be expected a facility like this. Also the operating hours on Google maps is incorrect, they’re open from 8am-8pm-ish. Also, it is impossible to get a hold of that facility by phone, but I think that’s more of a UPS issue and not necessarily the fault of this facility.

It seems as though every time I order and UPS is the delivery services my packages are never delivered rather they are sent back to Amazon without an ability to pick them up myself. This is so incredibly frustrating. No notice or number to call.

The hospital sent a colon cancer screening kit to me but UPS returned it without attempting to deliver or letting me know I had a package for pickup. It’s an ongoing problem.

If you can ship your package any other way I would do it! I even paid extra to have a package delivered a certain date which was ignored and wasn’t even put on a truck. Then was told they couldn’t find my package. I’m surprised they have 3 stars suggest using other courier if you actually want to see your product!

Worst service I have ever experienced. They would not deliver to my address. They claim severe weather for the last week which is completely false. It has been in the 40s and sunny all week. Could not speak to a real person always get automated and then hung up on. I would have gladly picked up my package or had it sent to another address if only I could speak to a real person. If they have issues with delivering to my address as I do live out of town, then they should contact me and not makeup false weather claims. Ended up having to have contact seller and have the item replaced - and sent to a different address.... this place is awful!

Driver Kelli went way beyond expectations. 2 90# boxes (and I bet she only weighs 100# herself). Volunteeredto maneuver them into garage . So appreciated. What thoughtful customer service

In delivering my package UPS changed the delivery address without notifying or asking me (I’d have happily provided an alternative address) and delivered it to that unknown address, so obviously I do not have my package, and UPS has provided NO HELP in finding it other than “file a claim.” Yeah no, you’re going to have to do better than that.

This review is ups as a whole. I've had no interaction with the local employees. But UPS as a shipping company is absolutely incompetent. U get one star only because i can't give you zero. I've had several del shipped ups recently, not my choice, but EVERY time, i get worked over. They're late, they don't show up at all, they mark del when they are not. Me freight and yours, sits on the dock somewhere and sits, and sits. It's ridiculous. They delayed tonite because of severe weather after already waiting 7 days, from Denver. REALLY? I work in shipping and logistics, the weather had better be hurricane style if you ain't gonna deliver. Ridiculous & Incompetent. Final answer.

So, since my super awesome UPS delivery guy Jeff retired last year, I haven't had the best luck with deliveries. I've found that whenever my package status shows "Out for Delivery", it means it will be delivered the next day. I also now have issues with drivers going partway down my road and leaving my packages at my bridge, which is about 1/4 mile from my house down a winding driveway. Unless I get a text notification or head down the road, I don't even know anything's there. Also, since we live in an area that gets some high winds, lighter packages always run the risk of blowing off the road and falling 11 feet down into the creek below. None of the new drivers will even attempt my road if a snowflake falls. However, I do have to say that any time I've called or stopped in to the customer service center, the ladies I have dealt with have been amazing! They are super friendly and get my issues resolved immediately. Since I am writing this review for the customer service center and not the shipping grievances I have with UPS, I'm giving them 5 stars. And whatever she's getting paid, Angela deserves a raise.
