Dropping off some passengers well before the bus time. Bus station is incredibly dark and we didn't see sign. We were just offloading luggage. Salt Lake express pulls up blaring his horn. Come out to see what is going on and he is a complete a$$ to us. All he needed to say was hey man, could you move, but no, was a complete jerk. Then as we are leaving yells about calling the cops to pick us up. Guy had attitude problem. Apparently needed to take it out on us. He also tried to get my children kicked off the bus. Because of his own attitude. Has nothing to do with my kids. Something needs to be done about this guy...

Beware: For those who do not know the state attorney general is the agency you file consumer concerns with not the BBB. : I’m presently sitting in the trailways bus stop in Butte Montana it’s 16 degrees outside and will not get above 20 degrees today. We were told upon arrival 3 hrs from our origin that the busses have been cancelled for the 3rd night in a row even though some have shown up apparently it’s an unknown hit or miss. It’s understandable that a bus may be delayed due to inclement weather but it’s unacceptable that there seems to be no good faith expectation that once you bored the bus that you will not be left stranded in a potentially life threatening situation. They did tell us we could go to a shelter but with covid spiking specifically in this area that may very well be a death sentence as well. The lack of responsibility and what I feel is just negligence is offensive. This is not an act of god I’m pretty sure it gets cold in Montana every year. I expected that when I boarded that bus the company was taking responsibility for my safety until I arrived at my destination. So for the past 2 nights one of which was 20 below they have been sending people into potentially life threatening situation with no warning. You’d think after the first night they’d warn people that should the bus not make it you will be required to purchase a motel room until further notice. This is what the world is fighting for right now. You think you can trust them because the tickets are sold through greyhound and when you purchase them have no idea you may never see a greyhound bus. The ad says free wi-fi bathrooms etc.. And then you never see the greyhound bus and the one you do see has no bathroom no WiFi. I’m not trying to split hairs here but how in gods name is that not bait and switch. Let’s say you were much more diligent than myself and did some research on safety records and made an educated decision. To trust your life to Greyhound and then a completely different company ends up being the one to provide the service.

I had to go down and pick up my friend's sister from the Trailways and they're always a nice way to travel but during these times not such a nice way because you don't know who's sitting next to you of course when it comes to this virus that I've known about for years I have a lot more in Hell than a lot of other people do

Byo Everything!!! They charge out the nose for everything here. There is a water fountain where you can refill your water bottle, and they don't charge for toilet paper but you might keep some handy. I'm not sure if the bus is part of this, but they weren't clear about anything here.
